Then i remembered something i have used for eveeeer and always recommend it and it always work: Green Tea (decaf of course)
Drinking Green tea every day like is going out of business (at least 5-6 big cups) helps you lose weight really good… best part? You lose weight from the places you want first: belly, back, hips, legs, arms, face but none from the butt or breast unless you keep drinking for a long time non stop.
But you can lose all you want before having to stop drinking it.
It would be dope to have a field combining
Infrared plasma + the benefits of the green tea
Besides green tea is one super antioxidant as well.
