Would like to request something extra powerful for peri-menopause / menopause- something to address the physical, mental, and spiritual changes that take place at this time.
Maybe even a field that could help women or those identified as women to transition in more mature archetypes. Yes, I’d like to have great health and youthfulness, but I also don’t have any desire to be “ maiden self” any longer.

Diabetes 2.0 for the win… hopefully, lot of us are struggling with insulin resistance, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, etc. I think it’s a win-win everyone, especially for people like me. (Yes I listen to the old diabetes one for time being lol) (sometimes my blood sugar is too high and sometimes it’s too low, never balanced, it’s so shit man)
