The Requests and Fields

Problem is, theres no way i can tell when enough is enough with the smart slayer. I dont want to kill and kill and kill and end up without any good bacteria, even though im supplementing with probiotics, there might be bacteria that I have that I kill that isnt in what im supplementing with, make sense ?

use the recommended amount of times a day, donā€™t go too crazy with it. Iā€™d say twice a day is enough, and then get probiotics and prebiotics afterwards.

The main thing about SIBO is that its caused by bacteria backing up where itā€™s not supposed to be in your intestines because the movements are sluggish, so to help with that ensure you have enough fiber and listen to intestinal healing to target the nerves and intestines themselves.

Youā€™'ll know your improving if your intestinal movements become more consistent and stable. For example, I had sibo in the form of diarrhoea, and as I recover, it seems that the poop is more well formed, Iā€™m passing it better and feel less gassy, bloated and foggy after food. Thats how youā€™ll know. But the main thing is making sure you restore intestinal motility and closing ā€œleaksā€ in your gut, after dealing with the bac. overgrowth or it will come back

You still dont think a sibo field in its self would be a good thing tho ? Like fixing gut motility and killing of only the bac in the small intestine, fixing leaky gut, taking away gas and also healing the nerves and muscles and ( valves ) surrounding the gastro system f.ex. oh and producing more stomach acid

How am i to know that I dont give myself sibo again by putting in probiotics and prebiotics after killing of those bac in the wrong place ?

Like eating vegetables could give me sibo again after doing the slayer for a while f.ex.

it would but I think a combination of existing fields would do quite well to replicate those effects; SIBO is a collection of issues, not just a single ā€œdiseaseā€ per say.

Gastrointestinal specialist works very well for healing gut realted inflammation and other issues, its a premium field on patreon. Probably THE most holistic one for intestinal related stuff.

For nerves use the nerve regeneration and antioxidant fields, and the vagus nerve stimulation. Ensure you get enough fibre and stuff for motility as well. From what I remember ginger & artichoke are good the get the gut going (Motility supplements) while it heals.

Have you had food poisoning in the past? This can cause a autoimmune attack on the nerves, which explains MMC occurence after the illness. Make sure you listen to some virus disruptors and stuff as well to get rid of any dormant viral replication going on so your nerves have space to heal

I have hashimotos which I believe is the reason for my sibo.

It could also be the proton pump inhibitors i had to take several years ago for acid reflux.

You never know, you know ?

I saw a youtube video on the default mode network of the brain and how when its overly active, it leads to self awareness and self reflection where focus of the mind is on ourselves which leads to depression. Meta thoughts about how im the problem in this big situation except the situation is tiny.

If there would be a field someday regarding this, that would be great :raised_hands:t2:

Hereā€™s an idea: A form/template for requesting fieldsā€¦

We could help more if we knew what type of information to include and so on.
