Ive been recently dusting off some old notes from courses on manifestation ive taken an 2 of them i remembered used to help me quite nice.
Before starting this whole journey of the mind, lets call it that ADHD had me. Not i had ADHD thats how bad it was it was incredibly difficult for me to focus my mind, meditate etc.
So these simple exercises helped a lot:
Write down how the vision would look like in present moment like if someone would tell another YOU (lets say your clone) look through this hole and describe what you are doing.
So lets say youd love to have X brand car.
You can write something like:
“I see me excited, like super happy about something…
I see myself opening the garage door/or opening the main door (whatever suits your current reality)
I see a beautiful X car
I see its green color and it has so and so and so
I see that i am almost in extasis, i see my whole body is responding to that joy, i see i have lots of butterflies feeling in my stomach and its because i finally got that car”
Once you kinda wrote in not many lines 3 the most, dont even try to visualize. Dont read it after written.
Go straight to place the thumb and read it.
Read it 3 times. And then thats it.
The Solidifier hooks to what is in your mind, but the Subconscious not just have the conceptual ideas, but also the graphic ideas AND it instantly captures the words, in present, positive it understand its really happening.
Youll get accustomed to “visualize” like that and thats perfectly fine until you believe your own words, then youd believe your own thoughts and the images that are there.
2nd option:
Write the happy emotions X results would bring.
For example.
What would it mean for you to finally getting that X green car you so wanted?
Here you dont need to think as if its done, no, feel free to just wish and FEEL how would it be…
“Omg i wish i had that car, that x car, exactly this so and so green color with this and that features, i want it!! I want it so bad, id go to this place and that place, id take my partner on a nice trip, or my Mom or so and so, id take care of it so much so good, i want it, pls universe i want it, help me get it, id love that car”
The point here is to build the feeling energy in your heart more and more until you feel it then push it out like extrapolating it, projecting it outside your chest and hold it there (HAVE ON LOOP PURE MAGNETIC HEART COHERENCE from before starting this exercise until you feel all warm and in awe feeling how much you want that car)
At that moment once that feeling and wish is big and projected outside your heart, the mind has already connected it. Then place the thumb.
The mind picks it up because whether you realize it or not, when we repeatedly think and loudly say i want this omg i want this so bad, pls pls id do this and that… etc your mind be focusing on the feeling but the brain is already triggered trying to put forward ideas or people that can bring you that car. So in that sense heart and brain get bridged.
And that would do with this field.
