Doing push-ups with and without this in my energy field has a noticeable difference, with it I don’t feel much if any mental resistance when doing and it just feels so much easier and quicker even, without the usual struggle.

This alone is worth the full price in my opinion, and is one of the strongest working effects i have felt in a while.

Yessir, this actually gives me hope of getting fit and maybe even get visible abs hopefully by Christmas this year without having to go on some diet or workout plan

As a couch potato, I am quite satisfied with the workout part of this field. I think it works even better then Hardcore for me.

Got the spartan today and played the audio for 10 mins, Immediately I started feeling my toes shifting back to place( toes like to move inwards after years of abuse playing sports) and some pain in my arms but nothing else so played another 10 mins and lay on my bed, woke up 2 hours later feeling groggy and tired as hell 
, my body is still hot but it;s beginning to cool down. This might be the most intense automated workout I have used yet, def worth the money.
