Benben was also associated with the Bennu, Egyptian Phoenix, the bird of rebirth.
According to Egyptian mythology, Bennu was a self-created being said to have played a role in the creation of the world.
The Pyramid Texts refer to the yellow wagtail as a symbol of Atum, and it may have been the original form of the Bennu bird. New Kingdom artwork shows the Bennu as a grey heron with a long beak and a two-feathered crest, sometimes perched on a benben stone (representing Ra) or in a willow tree (representing Osiris).
There is some kind of ancient, unknown energy coming from the stone, which I love very much. Benben awakens a lot of energies in me that I didnât even know about. Kundalini? Something else?
It is a pure Power, which is calming and elegant at the same time.
Energy flows apparently purify and expand the energy system. I am almost sure it helps with making the connection with Phoenix, letting go of the limits and revision of the past, gives power to start a ânewâ life because it was exactly what I have experienced
