There are four swords mentioned here. First two mentioned are based on field. And the Chinese swords you can learn about them from internet. You can find the description of first two words in YouTube. This is a combination of these four to provide unifed benefits of these archetype and concept

I understand the swords as artifacts, but I am not sure what they would do for a normal person who doesn’t do battle with swords. I suppose it could imbue a person with qualities of heroism and power? Help defeat enemies in a metaphorical sense?
Btw get a Japanese katana if you can. It would be cooler

Have you checked the description of spear of destiny and Excalibur? And details on other two swords? Maybe then you can get a better idea about how it can help in daily life. I can only guess the physical sword will help the users like any other nfts which can work passively all the time even without using it actively. And perhaps having the digital nft and the physical swords might amplify the benefits. But captain knows better ofc.
