I’ve had a lil setback with my health so I’m unable to swallow foods again (aka calories lol) so no, I don’t use this anymore if anything I’m trying to listen to Blueprint Series, along with Conceptual Realizations, solely.
I’ve lost 11 pounds in the past two months
I will contribute the first five to this and you know what they say…the starting point is the hardest!
I do use this (the Furnace) however whenever I encounter inflammation. Or Oxidize Fat if and when I am playing around with a detox stack
I like combining CarboxyTherapy and Hyberbaric Compressor in conjunction with Oxidize Fat, too. Very complimentary.

Thank you we are getting closer though to discovering why the sudden relapse w/ body function; I just keep telling myself I am better, so it does not get to me. I use excalibur and major blueprint a lot now lmao. Plus in a way it’s worked out; my family is becoming nicer to me

The Oven includes Enhanced Fat Metabolism and The Furnace includes The Oven. I never got results with this mythic item so it is your choice whether to include both The Oven and The Furnace.
You can add fields on liver like Live Fat Reducer and Liver Cirrhosis. But you need to sequence them properly like before and after food and workouts all together preferably in the evenings or mornings after you wake up.
I would break that up that’s a lot all at once- OR just do it and see how you feel.
Also know that weight loss combo has genetic advantage in it as well so idk if you have to do both.
You can drop AMPK because enhanced fat metabolism has AMPK.
I don’t have the swords yet but I plant to get it because I believe for me, the mots-c and enhanced fat has been helpful. Also I’m jazzed for Gila monsters drool. I wish you the best with it!

Most of the Captains fields give me amazing results even Hardcore, the automated workouts and the plasma protocol but the weight loss ones just dont (weight loss combo, fat metabolism, glycolisis, thermogenic advantage, mots-c, etc.).
Even though I’m overweight my blood work results always comes out “better than normal” (low
cholesterol, tryglicerides, low glucose…).
I’m more than willing to invest but I wonder if this one is for me, any insights? Thanks.
I’m not the Cap’n but, in the post you’re replying to, he mentioned to that forum friend “if you’re using mots-c etc and have not experienced any benefits,” then he would not recommend that you buy this field.
So, yes, if you’re not experiencing benefits with the fields you’ve been using, you might be better off fiddling with those fields and getting results from those before investing in this field.
You mention that your test results are better than normal, which is great. What do your medical people (who are doing these tests) have to say about your weight then?
Thank you for your insights, doctors dont have a direct answer for me, for over 10 years my blood tests come out perfect, the last time the cardiologist explained me how bad is to be overweight then checked the results and told me “according to this you have an excellent diet, that’s great” and sent me to the endocrinologists, two of them told me that there’s an abnormal growth on my thyroid gland, but once again the specific test results came out normal, once the endocrinologist checked my results told me that I dont have health problems but attitude problems, that I must be depressed and that was it, they sent me home hahaha
Then I found Sapiens channel and this community and ever since I’ve been checking out health problems of my list like for real but obesity remains a mystery even with diet and exercise…
What fields have you been using to improve your “attitude problems”?
You see, there’s a reason why you’re overweight. And you’ve done something important for me (thank you) in confirming to me that you are, in fact, objectively overweight. IOW, I now know that I’m not talking to someone whose actual problem is a distorted body image (where the fields you’ve listed would not be helpful), so this leads me to 2 different trains of thought:
The first is, if I were in your situation, I would be very interested in the reason for my weight. That might mean some exploration and some “leaning” on my doctors to not write off my condition but to get me some answers (or refer me to someone who will get me the answers) that I want. There are many bodily processes and organs that factor into extra weight. You’ve heard some of our suggestions already in this thread and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. In fact, I don’t think it’d be too much of an exaggeration to say that we could be pitching you ideas for the entire month you have before your event and all those ideas would have–at least on paper–some merit.
So, on this train of thought, in the near-term, if I were in your situation, I would focus on optimizing the fields that I do have, to make sure you’re actually using them in ways that are helpful to you. We’ve had a lot of discussions about this topic and about these fields. I think there’s like a Women’s Spa thread created by our LunaMoon with body weight/size/and shape recommendations. Use our friend, the forum search engine (that little magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of every page of this forum) to find those discussions and to pick up those tips.
And I would think about adding in fields to address whatever might be going on with you mentally or emotionally. (Like I said, something’s causing you to carry more weight than is ideal for you.) I’m going to recommend the Self-Love stack for you because it’ll help you consider the mental and emotional components to this, as well as address your event. Because–let’s face it–the reason why you want to be slimmer for this event is because you’re sort of looking for positive feedback from the other people at this event. And if your self-love was where it’s most helpful for you, you wouldn’t give a rat’s ass about their opinions. You feeling me?
The second train of thought is how much weight are you wanting to release in a month’s time? Maybe your fields are helping you, just not in accordance with whatever goals you have set for yourself. And a lot of times we can have unrealistic goals when it comes to weight. The Self-love stack will help here, too, because as much as our vanity can push us to want to look our “best” at these things, sometimes the road to looking our “best” in the given time isn’t really healthy or loving to ourselves.

But the thing is, if you find it difficult to lose weight, listening to the fields is not going to be enough.
You have to work out AND diet AND listen to the fields. Then the fields will speed up your progress.
It’s already natural to overeat when one exercises, thinking that the exercise provides extra “wiggle room” and people eat more then they realize Vs energy expenditure. As a result people don’t lose (or even gain) weight when they FEEL like they’re making a big effort and suffering to lose weight.
Listening to weight loss fields can have a similar effect.
If you want to lose maximum weight in one month, you have to make MAXIMUM EFFORT, a small.part of which is being consistent with fields.
Based.on what you wrote, I recommend you loop the thyroid field once or twice a day for an extended period (it’s what helped me most after not as much success with a few listens) and use the endocrine system + the insulins resistance ones besides the other weight loss fields.

well thats weird, everytime i go on a deficit i drop pounds lol(on the scale), not really visible at first but then it really shows, have you tried intermitting fasting? or a keto diet?
and even though i drop weight on a diet, i also have hypothyroidism which i do nothing to get it fixed up, yet

You are right, there’s definetly a “frivolous” factor expecting peoples approval and lately I’ve been keeping my distance from healthcare specialists but I’ll try again. My expectations are not loosing all the extra weight fast, but more like loosing a pound per month to avoid falling in self sabotage.
@MonkeyOwl I’ll definitely go back to a more strict regime, it’s true for me no pain no game…
And I’ll modify my stack to add the thyroid and endocrine fields along with the plasma protocol.
I need to focus on weight loss as a priority without excuses…

I haven’t tried keto diet but I’m on intermitent fasting for 6 month already. I suspected I had hypothiroidism as well, but it seems that’s not the problem, I was told the chances of being overweight due to thyroid problems is really low…but checking this forum it doesn’t seem like something unlikely to happen…I may need to get it checked it again… Since it affects your overall health getting the treatment would be the best.

Do you think you’ve got obesity genes? There’s over around 100 genetic mutations related to obesity and I’ve suffered with it all my life myself.
The truth is that none of these fields are going to work miracles for me in terms of fat loss unless these fat genes I’ve inherited are disabled or changed. The ‘Swords’ field hasn’t really given me results except for high energy levels throughout the day.
Also why don’t you take a DNA test?
Right now I have my fat percentage under control at healthy levels but if it gets worse down the road of my life, I might have to do it the old fashioned way, an just blow some hard cash on a some Lipo and get it all sucked out
Now, now, let’s be clear here: I am not diminishing your intention and I’m certainly not labeling it as “frivolous.” You came here asking for help with fields for this situation. I’m listening to what you’re saying (and a little of what you’re not saying) and making field recommendations based on all of that.
It’s one thing to want to lose weight for your own health (and I encourage you to be at whatever healthy weight your body wants and needs, regardless of how that weight conforms to popular, fluctuating public opinions) and it’s another thing to want to lose weight in order to provoke a pleasing response from others (especially others we seldom see). And I know. I’ve been on both sides of that equation.
I’m sure you’ve made this decision for your own good reasons. That’s just fine.
My only point is without having a handle on why your body is wanting to hold onto that extra weight of yours, it’s hard for us to guide you. You’re asking us about an unusual situationthat could be caused by many, many factors.
I don’t know you and I can’t presume to decide for you. That would be unbelievably arrogant of me.
But let me suggest that you consider modifying your decision to be, “…I’m keeping my distance from healthcare specialists who don’t ‘get’ me or the needs of my special [in a good way] body.” I’d agree with you in that modified decision. No one needs to be depression-shamed or whatever when they’re looking for help, as you were.
Great! I’m glad to hear such a wise expectation. That’s certainly doable. And it might just be a question of being disciplined (with your eating, your exercise, your fields, your thoughts, etc.) as @MonkeyOwl recommended as well as finding an eating plan that nourishes your body, mind and soul as well meeting your weight expectations. It seems that this last bit is as individual as each one of us are. FWIW, the keto diet works well for my body and I hope you find something that works just as well for yours, too.
someone who is overweight feels himself as too light. lack of earthing. they eat to make themselfs heavier. and someone who is underweight feels himself very heavy and eases himself in not eating.
i once read this in a book on homeopathy and i think this is interesting. maybe not so helpful
