Then i think bro, you should weigh yourself every day and take progress pictures every week
Sometimes, you might be gaining muscle while burning fat so the scales might tell you you’ve gained or that you haven’t lost any weight
So you have to keep at it for the long run and track progress on the scales and progress in the mirrors, that will tell you ultimately but it may take a bit longer to distinguish your results/progress
Also, always weigh yourself in the morning fasted after having gone to the bathroom
There’s products that can scan your body for body fat, but i don’t buy into em cuz theyre not accurate
If you really wanna know, get DEXA scans, they’re not cheap, but if you got it and you really wanna know that’s your best bet, other wise, good ol scales and progress pics (under the same lighting at the same time of day every time) will do the trick
