No need to panic.

It might be because of the added ketosis field since it makes you burn more fat all the time.

If there’ll be any updates, I would just remove the ketosis field.
It’s always important to stay able to metabolize carbs and uncoupling itself already increase fat burning, if you want to increase that you could just listen more.

May not even be because of this field, Alexander probably knows that :)
@Alexander there is a glycolysis field as well, you can give it a try after your meals, maybe it helps.

It’s interesting reading your updates, I haven’t tried it yet because I’m a bit sick so I’ve been using the health fields, but soon :)

I’m fairly certain it is because of this field because I didnt have it before and havent done anything else that could provoke that.

Glycolysis is not proper sugar metabolism. It’s not quite healthy.

How do you guys or what do you use to measure weight/fat loss. I assume the scale isn’t the best measure but I’m not sure what else I can get

I just look in the mirror man, i can tell I’m much leaner

I haven’t weighed myself these days, but I think I’m heavier cuz of added muscle

I think my problem is that I carry much more fat than you do, so it’s harder to see the change and add to the that the different types of fat that may not reflect on the scale so even if I do think I look different I sometimes won’t see that on the scale which is I why I want to do this accurately so I know if I’m gaining muscle or fat or both. I’m sure once I’m more fit and I’m more experienced in this it will be easier but for now ff their is a product I can buy without going to professional that would be ideal

Then i think bro, you should weigh yourself every day and take progress pictures every week

Sometimes, you might be gaining muscle while burning fat so the scales might tell you you’ve gained or that you haven’t lost any weight

So you have to keep at it for the long run and track progress on the scales and progress in the mirrors, that will tell you ultimately but it may take a bit longer to distinguish your results/progress

Also, always weigh yourself in the morning fasted after having gone to the bathroom

There’s products that can scan your body for body fat, but i don’t buy into em cuz theyre not accurate

If you really wanna know, get DEXA scans, they’re not cheap, but if you got it and you really wanna know that’s your best bet, other wise, good ol scales and progress pics (under the same lighting at the same time of day every time) will do the trick

I use my clothes, always. I always know from that. That and it’s really easy to tell with my face and stuff like how prominent collarbones look etc. like last week they didn’t show up at all, now they’re coming through

Weight + measurements, if you can be bothered to take measurements. Take them every 2 weeks or so, first thing in the morning before eating or drinking (this is only really relevant for the stomach area, and is to avoid effects of bloating etc).

This will tell you about body composition changes, you’ll see where you lose/gain and how the weight changes…
So e.g. if you’re getting smaller but weight not going down, you know it’s body composition change.

I use one of those scales that measure water ,body fat, muscle, subcutaneous fat. While I dont think they’re super accurate, I think they show a generel trend.
I’ve been using it for 1 and half years and the changes on the scale seem realistic to me.

It’s good to to be able to differentiate between body fat ,water weight and muscles.
They’re very helpful because sometimes you think you look fatter but your muscles are just more flat and you actually lost weight. That’s why taking measurements and pictures is tricky because it doesnt really factor in water weight and muscle glycogen.

I am currently experimenting with BAM15, along with automated workout audios, weight loss combo, thermogenic and 20e pepper (furnace audio/oxydized fat didn’t give the hoped results even if I felt the energetic effects quite strongly) and in the last few weeks I’ve been noticing a marked loss in excess fat while also getting strong improvements in muscular definition. I mean, seeing changes in less than 1 month that for me would be almost impossibile even with hitting the gym 3 times a week for double the time. I’m amazed…

I have always had an extremely hard time releasing weight, and tho I’ve had slooooow progress with the Furnace/Ox fat, the results I’m getting with BAM are amazing! It’s only been 10 days that I’ve used it and I can definitely notice an increase of fat loss !! I’m mainly using BAM and maybe Furnace once a day

The initial first few days or so were kinda brutal (exhausted) but I feel great now !

I would buy the Swords just for the Bam!

I honestly have never been able to lose without starving myself. I eat healthy but I haven’t changed anything and am losing now. Like I said. This is SO worth buying Swords just for this Thanks Captain!!!

My detox symptoms are also getting a lot less. I’ve been doing nothing in particular, just waiting it out.

Not much weight loss though. But I sometimes look leaner in the belly area.

I love the increased endurance! It was quite bad before and now I feel so much fitter almost like a super power haha. Also feel like moving more . Sometimes I gotta go out in the evening just to get some steps in .

The increased strength and endurance is just insane… Im doing the snake diet with 48/72h fasts plus my training and i can say that i got much more strength in the training on the fast. My heat is going up more than before when training. Through out the day not that i notice.
I listen 5 Times a day, how about you guys?
