I honestly have never been able to lose without starving myself. I eat healthy but I haven’t changed anything and am losing now. Like I said. This is SO worth buying Swords just for this Thanks Captain!!!

My detox symptoms are also getting a lot less. I’ve been doing nothing in particular, just waiting it out.

Not much weight loss though. But I sometimes look leaner in the belly area.

I love the increased endurance! It was quite bad before and now I feel so much fitter almost like a super power haha. Also feel like moving more . Sometimes I gotta go out in the evening just to get some steps in .

The increased strength and endurance is just insane… Im doing the snake diet with 48/72h fasts plus my training and i can say that i got much more strength in the training on the fast. My heat is going up more than before when training. Through out the day not that i notice.
I listen 5 Times a day, how about you guys?

The big shift for me has been with the workout audios I think, along with 20e pepper and now bam15… I do mild cardio three times a week (I play tennis) and was struggling to get leaner because other than that I am quite sedentary. Not big overweight though, just needing to shed other 4/5 kgs or so to be in shape (not sure, I don’t really weight myself much lol). So I play:

Morning->
BAM15 x2
Weight Loss Combination x2
Thermogenic Weight Loss x3

Evening, 3/4 times a week, sometimes just once each->
Automated Upper Body Workout x2
Core x2
Gluteal Workout x2
Leg Day Workout x2
Stomach Shrinking x2
20e Pepper x2

Lastly I do play Smart Stem Cells 4 or 5 times a week and that could have also helped.

That’s it.

Edit: I forgot, I sometimes play Muscle Hungry for Fat just before tennis training, once or twice.

Personally, I find it if I go over 3 loops/day my hunger cravings start to increase significantly

@IAmJonathan you would be a great person to ask about this. Do you know if oxidized fat and smart stem cells conflict?

The oxidized fat is basically killing fat cells and smart stem cells are trying to use them to heal, or will the smart stem cells know, since it’s a smart field, which fat cells to avoid?

I don’t think they do!

The way i see it, oxidized fat will oxidize fat cells and smart stem cells will transform the remaining cells in to intelligent stem cells for healing

I think I’m going to stop using this field.

The main reason being: no weight loss.
I think 150g after almost 2 weeks. Really not much.

And my sleep got significantly worse during that time . All the other side effects went away, but that one stayed the same . I need more time to fall sleep and i wake up a lot more during the night. I also sleep about an hour longer but dont feel more rested.

I love the endurance enhancing effects, but it’s not really worth it, especially when the main purpose isnt met.

Not sure about that. Maybe a little bit, but not significantly.

It’s working well for me.
I noticed a while ago that with the new fields, they work much better (for me) if you keep the number of fields used as low as possible, and not really mix legendary/complex fields.
This is why I rather opted for some of the “older” ones.

I’ve been working from home so my NEAT has been super low compared to normal (normally I’ll do 15-18000 steps just walking from/to train stations and walking to go out for lunch from the office, before any sports).
Plus I haven’t really been working out (which also I normally do several times a week), just going for a slow ~6-8km jog every other day or so. Which doesn’t even make up for the lower activity level throughout the day.

I would have expected weight maintenance at best, but probably rather weight gain but I lost as little bit in the past week, which is surprising :sweat_smile:
I’ll report again in another 2-3 weeks :slight_smile:

Edit for completion… I really do keep the number of fields down.

Still using this combo. Lost 2.5 kilograms so far. Also looking more muscular and defined. :muscle:
Definitely gained more muscle. And I eat a lot :smiley:
