I may be off topic here, and maybe your question(s) are in relation to certain topics mentioned in the previous replies (thus I will have to read them all again, to understand the context).
Maybe Investment is an answer.
How much we invest in an outcome…
Thus, anything thst hurts us or our expectations and investments, is hard to accept.
My own answer is actually non acceptance, if you want to change something, whatever it is.
I simply try new methods, new things or try again, etc.,until I see the results that I want.
To be clear, I have no idea if my reply is relevant, like at all; I see 3 choices, usually (to anything that I find hard to accept about myself): acceptance, Detachment (Detachment is simply the easiest Cope mechanism) or non acceptance/change.
(For whatever reason, my mind is foggy atm, probably because I’m tired, thus logic and coherence are not my strength, especially right now)
i think it’s the pain plus pleasurable motion that gets sticky in the body and the mind is clueless about how to deal with it, so, it just follows the motion,
this makes people do all sorts of stuff to get a bit of relief. drugs, sex, smoking, bad habits.
imo the best way to let go or accept something is moving your attention from it and ceasing its unconscious motion as a result.
attention must be trained as if it’s a life or death scenario.
otherwise it will get stuck within those gaps and holes of homogenic plasure+pain that leads to comfort and suffering.
I don’t agree with this and will make a separate post about this. In my experience negative things happening to you can be eliminated almost completely.
For me this works through realizing that none of these things are real and thus none are part of the real me. They are just components of an artificial temporary identity that I use for roleplaying this incarnation.
This realization allows to accept all the components for what they are: just building blocks and tools of my various experiences.

This continues to be one of the hardest things I deal with. For me, in the past, acceptance felt like failure, giving up, being a defeatist. I would feel like ‘what’s the point then?’. Like you mentioned above about resisting, the more I fought the more I didn’t get anywhere. I’m slowly understanding the difference and surrendering to ‘acceptance’ but my heart and mind still fight it. I just don’t WANT to believe it (whatever IT is) to be true. How can I not have what I desire or deserve like others? It’s hard to accept these type of things but I know it’s the only way out.
Gonna answer all your responses later cause I asked for a reason. Doing research on this because I find it to be very important and just something that is excruciatingly difficult for most. And without being able to do it, it will continue to be a big wall to ones progress.

Have you completely eliminated negativity from ever happening to you? Or do you know anyone that has? It just doesn’t seem plausible. It’s like saying that nobody you know would never get sick or die. Or that wars, and other dark things happening in the world would stop happening. I do think it’s possible that you stop reacting to less desirable things happening to you (your stocks all dropping, you catching a bad stomach virus, book you wrote getting absolutely no sales, your health degrading over time).
And yes, you can be neutral about the people in your life or the world also running into less than preferable situations but it’s not going to stop them from happening… Heck the guy that many of you like to cite as the master of manifestation, Neville Goddard, died of esophageal rupture at age 67.
Negativity is part of the flow of life. You aren’t always going to have things go your way and you’re not supposed to. If everything always went your way, you wouldn’t really learn anything or grow. The challenges we face, the disappointments and failures, are not just obstacles but invaluable lessons that teach us more about ourselves, resilience, empathy, strength and so on. They are the crucibles in which our character is forged.
And to pursue a life devoid of negativity is not only an unrealistic expectation but a set up for contant dissapointment. Life is unpredictable, and the only certainty is change – sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. By embracing this reality, we prepare ourselves not just to survive the storms but to find meaning and growth in them.
The question was about “bad stuff happening to YOU”, not to others.
We cannot really manifest for others, only help them.
And yes, in my experience it is possible to almost completely remove new problems appearing in your life.
I made a stack recommendation here and this has helped me personally to get rid of 99% of bad things ever happening to me. 99% less is a lot!
There are still challenges in my life, but those challenges come from the life that I have been living in the past, so almost no new bad things are ever added to the list for me to work off and solve. In other words, I still have to solve some of the stuff from my past, but with the described stack and solutions, there are almost never new problems being added to my life anymore. The more problems I solve, the emptier the list of issues becomes.
I disagree on this for the very fact that the Conceptual Realizations field exists.
It also literally says in the Conceptual Realizations field description that you grow and learn your lessons through the observation of others – which 100% matches with my experience of using this field.
With this field, in 99% of the cases it is no longer necessary to expose yourself to the negativite manifestations of life in order to grow.
Most of the character traits (like resilience) can be developed through this journey of conceptually realizing things, combined with subconscious reprogramming of your belief system.
Even in order to learn concepts like “compassion”, I do not need for bad stuff happening to me, someone showing me compassion and then me realizing what compassion is. Instead, I can totally learn this through observation, through playing the scenarios in my head, through proactively empathically feel into others etc.
In the end it is almost all INTERNAL work only and external events directly happening in your face are not really needed for this purpose.
My verdict is that sure, negativity does exist and is part of creation.
But then also, this negativity is just a TOOL to achieve something (growth of consciousness etc).
My point is that it is NOT THE ONLY tool available for this purpose and that this very same growth can also happen through other pathways.
We have the immense blessing of Dream’s fields here which allow us to literally eliminate most negative situations potentially happening to us AND grow at the same time
I am pretty sure it can become very much predictable once we learn to fully proactively manifest our lives and are also in full alignment with our Higher Self’s plan.

This is one of the keys to go through tough times, literally focusing attention on something else, not on the cause of suffering; there were a few days in my life where I almost lost my mind and I focused on any kind of Intercession, field and anything which could calm my mind/emotions, I literally couldn’t think about my mom when she suffered because I could have gone crazy, since I wasn’t really able to do much, otherwise she wouldn’t have become handicapped; I also could not save my father, with all the praying; he died from cancer almost 2 decades ago…
Back then I focused on video-games and Church, I became very religious, to cope with the pain, now I couldn’t do that since I’m not really that much of a believer anymore (again, I believe in the Divine, but not exactly like before), and fortunately, this time I got fields and this Amazing Community which helped me and my mom (THE Most Blessed Thing was that she survived).
The key is Changing focus from the source of pain to anything else, preferably something positive, productive or/and self help and self love, because in those dark moments, we need ourselves the most.
If one could have peace of mind, while going through hardships, that would be optimal, but unfortunately, not all of us or rather most of us can’t really be at peace internally, when there is suffering externally.
Whatever positive coping mechanisms one can find, are the best, in certain moments, days, etc.
It requiers most and foremost honesty with oneself, deep trauma healing and removing all of the imprints of family, society and media, that support negative events to manifest in my life. It´s not an unrealistic expectation for “perfection” but a perspective that pushes me to grow a lot faster. Because I have to choose “Heaven on Earth” everytime I´m faced with things I have to heal from my past. It is the main driver to heal my trauma, increase my vibration, express more love and compassion, dream and visualize bigger, maintain stronger boundaries and stay connected to my faith in our universe, that it is indeed loving and abundant if we genuineley choose it to be, bc “god” or “source” is unconditional love.

Even if I´d be wrong about this. I´d still see no benefit in assuming negative things will happen to me.
This of course only works in conjunction with what I´ve mentioned above, and letting go of all people and behaviours that resonate with this level.
And I believe that´s the hardest part for most of us, I know it used to be for me.
Letting go of family and friends that we love.
It is one of the hardest challenges to choose ones own growth over being physically close to people we have deep love for. But if I´m serious about growth, hard choices must be made.
But just going “Lalalala everythings love n light” like the new age people, obviously will not work out.
So we still deal with challenges, but mainly more of an introspective, spiritual level, rather than physical ones.
The kind of level JAAJ refers to doesn´t come without sacrifices. It´s just that there are different ones to be made.
People like us choose a different way of living.
If there is a person that stops us from growing, we cut them off. If there is a belief that stands between us and what we want, we transcend it, no matter what. If there is a harsh truth we have to face, we face it, no matter how much our ego is bitching and moaning, and how much we self sabotage and slows ourselves down the process.
We do it because we can´t have it any other way.
Because it itches us to grow, expand and unlock new levels of human existence.
It´s just the way we are as souls. We can´t sit back and accept being second place in any of that.
We want it all. Peak growth, the peak of human experience, that´s what we´re after.
No matter if riches, social circle, lovers, energylevels, spiritual development, purpose, compassion…
The world we aspire to realize is worth all that what we are going through.
A world where people are self loving, confident, fullfilled, joyful, abundant, compassionate and free.
A world where everyone is in touch with their spirituality, ever growing and ever expanding.
Where everyone wakes up in the morning with a burning passion for life, inspiring love and compassion with every passing day, manifesting more and more wins for ourselves and by extension for everyone around us. A self sustaining ecosystem of love, abundance and ever increasing growth and success.
Heaven on Earth.
Whenever I´m facing and processing a deep traumatic imprint of limiting belief, I feel and see a permanent upgrade in my reality. A roadblack gets removed and I can keep moving forward.
I know that I´m not going to face this particular issue again, bc my subconscious framework and energy have completely eradicated this possibility from my reality.
That doesn´t necessarily mean there won´t be any challenges, most likely, there will be new ones, different ones.
But they will be more about growing my consciousness through further shadowwork, interacting with people in a loving way and further transcending materialism.
Being lonely, broke and depressed can teach you things, just as being abundant, happy and surrounded by amazing people can be a teacher.
Whenever I used to resist my growth in the past, I was faced with increasing hardships, until I was forced to surrender to my spiritual growth completely. Since then I´ve been stepping on the gaspedal, and have let go of close to all people I´ve know, and have yet to repeat one lesson I have truly integrated. When I´m faced with negative people/situations, it´s usually the residual energy and lesson from past experiences, and not only does this occure less and less the more I move forward, I´m also becoming more and more non-reactive to it, while already seeing the new paradigm crystallizing into my reality. When I´m able to go from the hell I´ve used to call my life, to where I am right, there is nothing that´s gonna stop me from achieving the vision I have for my life.
Yes, I believe this kind of experience is possible.
I know it´s in my blueprint.
Most won´t ever experience this level, bc it´s not their main-objective in their incarnation, and that´s totally fine.

forgiveness is the key I feel maybe you do not like your family. You can never see them again, but you can do like I do which is to pray for them. Sometimes simply being around them may cause more harm than good, but you should feel sorry for your brethren that are in this shared matrix experience of life whether its good or bad.
And also we should feel supremely blessed that we have these audios that can help us.

I personally believe particular issues like a failure, addiction, humiliation, past trauma or anything of these sort, are difficult to accept is due to these reasons:
Fear of accepting:
I’ll explain this with an example. Consider you ( people in general ) are new to stock market. Now before you entered the market, you did all your preparations… But it didn’t go the way you want and you lost a certain amount of capital.
Now as a newbie to the market, one would obliviously panic if they lose their hard earned money/ life savings. Fear & Anxiety kicks in. The Second trade will go the same if you went into the trade with fear at the back of your mind ( To regain your lost capital ). It won’t stop and the downward spiral will continue.
This is just an example. The downward spiral effect happens the same with Addictions, continuous bad relationships, losing business and bad events in general. The pattern is hard to get over and reality will be, where the energy flows.
Limiting beliefs: These events create a limiting belief that will be hard to get over. The concept here is not the limiting beliefs that we are fed to us by the society as we grow up, but the self limiting beliefs that we inherit from the bad situation that has happened.
Example: I lost money because I was bad at trading. I lost my relationship because I was ugly or because I was fat. I didn’t perform well in my match because of my fitness. These limiting beliefs will pile up internally in subconscious as the bad events keep happening. The pattern will continue and reality will be, where the energy flows since we spend most time thinking about it (Limiting thoughts or Bad events).
Acceptance itself: This is also a case. Many people will never accept that they have lost (They are now a loser ) or bad at something. This also stems from fear of accepting.

Well fellers, I wish you the best of luck on that journey. It’s a worthwhile one that you come out stronger, more wise and more weathered to work through life and whatever comes along the way. So I commend it and am glad you both believe in what you believe and are working towards it. It’s a worthwhile belief to have. I would love to be proven wrong.
It’s just up to this point, every single person that has said what you’ve said, has not managed to live this stress free life. Teachers, sages or just happy people in general have all still run into problems in lfie. Seriously, name me one human that has transcended problems. The only ones I can agree probably do are the people that isolate themselves from humanity and live on their own or with monks up in a mountain. The human game is a duality game; a dance of negativity and positivity.
And you mention dream’s fields and how using them can ensure you never have problems again but Dream is another person who hasn’t transcended problems either.
I just personally think this is an unrealistic expectation to set yourself up with that will more than likely lead to dissapointment. An expectation that can potentially hinder you ever possibly being at peace with yourself and life. I’ve made peace with the human game as is. So sure, bad things happen to me but I learn from them and get over them right away and just keep moving forward and focusing on what I love and makes me happy. That is peace in my opinion. Not avoiding bad things from happening to me but accepting them and allowing myself to grow from them and continue flowing.
But like I said, that’s just my perspective. Don’t want to discourage you from going along this path. It’s still a great one and I hope you guys prove me wrong.
After talking to @SammyG today, I decided to share some experience.
Entities in the past got to me. When I was 6 years old they would appear to me, trying to cause fear, disrupt my sleep, shake my bed. Hovering over my body and weird stuff like that lol.
As I got older that fear stayed with me, even though nothing really happened to me. In my own home I’d feel afraid, scared to sleep in my own house… For years and years.
Last year my family faced “physical” attack. Causing hospitalization. It was traumatizing, I spent my birthday having my bed shaken, being physically/forcefully woken up and what not, I even saw the spirit multiple times, watched my keyboard get typed on, heard the wall get banged on, etc. Everytime I went to the bathroom I’d sense the energy of the bum, and I saw it as well. Filled with pure dread and agony for weeks.
The fields didn’t work, I had the shields. Shielding 3.0 and more. The clearing didn’t work for me sadly. I used all those clearing fields.
The issue was my belief system. Entites are a reflection of how you are from within. They can show you what you need to work on. Because nothing outside worked, It had to come from within. Sammy taught about reshaping thought patterns by using malleable ego, so I did. He told us we have the power, we have to control things, take matters into our own hands. Everytime I’d see the spirit, I’d play malleable ego, then I’d accept it, send them love (they hate this), and then avoid fear. Reprogramming the way I react to it, I focused on changing the way I saw things, protecting my sovereignty at all costs. No longer letting it syphon me from entropic emotions. It left once I removed fear. Keep in mind this is from someone previously diagnosed with C-PTSD.
Fast forward to this year, I’ve had entities “try me” and I just laugh lol. I literally laugh, and geniunely laugh. I had to program this into myself. I’ve imagined conceptual black holes, pulled them in, and closed them. Then I don’t hear any more “noises” lol. I no longer get “afraid” of them. The LAST thing I ever want to do again in my LIFE is be afraid of them.
Realize you’re manifesting your realilty, their power and hold they have is up to you to break. You can nullify them. You have the power to no longer be a captive. Feel free to break from the game whenever you’re ready.
Thanks. But how do you “Just Observe?”. You mean, meditate and think of the bad things you have experienced? Or when you have a bad thought, just think oh well?
Sorry for being blunt, but, it’s easy when you have accomplished the dark times. But for those who are going through those times, it’s as helpful as saying to someone “just think positive “.
I sympathize with this greatly. I would think like this as well when I was in my dark period. How the hell am I supposed to be positive when everything around me and inside me is negative? How am I supposed to just observe myself when all that arises within me feels like poison?
2 things… 1, I’m sorry to say but those people were right. Yeah, that’s what I had to do. I observed the pain and felt it. I embraced it all the way. Let it be felt. Let myself cry. Let my mind think all the suicidal thoughts and craziness that was going on. Let it all go to the surface. I didn’t reject it or fight it either. And lo and behold, that energy would release. It doesn’t ever release for most people that try this because they fight the feeling.
They fight the discomfort. They sit and feel it and try to mentally avoid it. They hate it. And all that is doing is reinforcing these feelings to be ‘negative’ and not just a part of you. They are a part of you that you reject and because you reject, is constantly pushing against you.
2nd thing, we have fields. Fields that transform your way of thinking, that heal repressed traumas and so forth. We have it all and most of it… free. You don’t need NFTs or gumroad audios as majority of those NFTs and gumroads are a mix of free fields we have with special enhancements. But it really isn’t necessary.
So having these fields on while we embrace the energies/emotions/thoughts that come to the surface is a major help. Yes, it’s extremely difficult on our own when we are going through the worse but we actually have tools to assist in that difficult process. This helped me a lot over the years.
So yeah, lean into the negative feelings that arise in your mind. Think about the bad things. When the bad thought comes up, don’t avoid, lean into it. Because all you are doing is un-rejecting the energy, dissolving the weight of all the built up repression and reemerging that energy back into your being to make you more whole again.
Sounds counter intuitive. Sounds difficult. But it must be done. The inner work cannot be replaced. Our fields are insanely useful tools to help through the process but they can’t make you feel at peace with things you haven’t consciously made peace with.
i dunno if it’s my only experience but being in high vibration sometimes multiplies the amount of low vibration people that want to bring me to low vibration.
some guy started to harass me and physically attack me while i was standing on an event the other day, i was very centered and grounded (been meditating on SR for weeks) but this person kept leaning on me and physically incercept me and damaged my solar plexus with a hit with his hand.
low vibration seems like a parasite that wants to bring everything else to its level. if it’s someone in high vibe it wants it even more because it seems more pleasurable to it.
that’s why i try to be alone most of the time nowdays while working on myself.
being on public sometimes makes me an easy target if i’m not physically or mentally ready to fight back.
The more we think, fight and resist the negative feelings, the more “negative” events will keep looping in patterns. Energy flows where attention goes. In these cases, we can think positively, cope and move on (or) stay neutral to the negative event, observe and accept the things that have already happened as it is.
I usually stay neutral during bad events, acknowledging them and letting them pass without faking with positive thoughts. This also helps when you are in the process of raising vibration. The universe will definitely throw challenges at you to see if you can overcome them (It’s a test to see if we’re qualified to vibrate in a higher frequency!).
