I have tried physical ginseng(capsules) in the past and it’s very similar like Jing energy and coffee mix up, it gives a lot of energy, increases libido but also increases adrenaline levels so cortisol levels too.

Has anyone tried this field and what is your experience with this?

Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), and Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) are three different herbs that are often referred to as “ginseng,” but they come from different plant species and have distinct properties. Each type of ginseng is believed to offer various health benefits, though the scientific evidence supporting some of these claims is still being explored. Here are some potential benefits associated with each type of ginseng:

  1. Asian Ginseng (Panax ginseng):

    • Adaptogenic Properties: Asian ginseng is considered an adaptogen, which means it may help the body adapt to stress and maintain balance.
    • Energy and Stamina: It is often used to boost energy levels, improve stamina, and reduce fatigue.
    • Cognitive Function: Some studies suggest that Asian ginseng may have cognitive-enhancing effects, improving aspects of mental function such as memory and attention.
  2. American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius):

    • Adaptogenic Properties: Similar to Asian ginseng, American ginseng is believed to have adaptogenic properties, helping the body cope with stress.
    • Immune System Support: Some research indicates that American ginseng may support the immune system, potentially reducing the frequency and severity of colds.
    • Energy and Endurance: It is sometimes used to enhance energy and endurance, though research in this area is ongoing.
  3. Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus):

    • Adaptogenic Properties: Like Asian and American ginseng, Siberian ginseng is considered an adaptogen, helping the body adapt to stress.
    • Energy and Stamina: It is often used to improve physical performance, endurance, and overall vitality.
    • Immune Support: Some studies suggest that Siberian ginseng may have immune-modulating effects, potentially enhancing the immune system’s response.

It’s important to note that while these potential benefits have been suggested, more research is needed to establish the efficacy and safety of ginseng. Additionally, individual responses to ginseng can vary, and it may interact with certain medications or have side effects. If you are considering using ginseng for its potential health benefits, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your specific situation.
