I think fat fuel just breaks down fat cells and works more like the muscles hungry for fat field with out the mechanical stress (aka work out)

I think it’s better to loop it in frequency

A few rounds of loops sounds good to me though, no more than 3 rounds for me (morning after noon evening kind of deal)

That’s my personal take
Feel free to take the general logical and typically advised approach of 3 times per day

Ah regarding fat… My concerns were that with all these fat fuels i would ran out of it, get skiny with no mucle growth.

But like, it makes some sense though doesnt it. Fat cells still very usable for us fielders. I wont return to the dark side though. But open for your convince if I did go.

noo, but you gotta eat, i think Dream mentioned in its thread (im lazy to check) or maybe even a comment under that field on youtube… that it just converts it to fat what you eat not really sending it anywhere else and that it was important to also use the enhanced nutrition absorber because the weight gainer is for people that eats and eats and never gain weight like they dont absorb the nutrients and hold them for longer until body says aiiight this food going nowhere i guess… lets store it lol

and the only certain way to bulk is through higher amount of protein all the time

yes yes @veh the gut!! super important to have only the good bacteria otherwise if you dont gain tho you eat carbs etc its because you have a colony there having a blast eating your food lol while also stopping it from absorbing nutrients

I used to work at Pizza Hut like 6 or 7 years ago
I think they used canola oil, soo much was used for the deep dish ones…

Fast food places wouldn’t dare use olive oil, I think they all use canola oil
But that’s me just theory stormin

If my goal is to lose weight overall while keeping as much muscle mass as possible, would playing fat fuel daily and then muscle nutrition after meals help with that? I feel like if I lose the fat then I’ll become much more skinny

What do you mean by skinny?
Just appearing smaller over all mass wise?
If so then sure you will appear skinnier

You won’t lose muscle as a result from this though

Losing fat makes one appear smaller with clothes on

But lose enough fat and you look like you have more muscle than you actually have with out clothes on, but sure, skinnier with clothes on

Which ones do you feel work the best?

I guess skinny fat. Skinnyish not too muscular but having belly fat and looking fat.

I’m okay with looking skinny for a certain period of time, but I’d like to lose weight, pounds in the scale more. I’ve been gaining weight without even noticing. I don’t physically look different as much, but the scale goes up. Maybe because of bone and testosterone fields, but i have had the same diet for a while but the pounds slowly go up

If you’re not working out then the automated work out fields are a must
If you’re eating to lose weight and aren’t working out, you’ll surely lose some amount of muscle with out the fields

I mainly use the leg workout audios, all of them including legs shredded and jacked. Other muscle groups I can go out and actually workout but legs are sometimes my least favorite to work lol. Also automated cardio but not as concise to as I should.
Would you recommend the automated workout system, the OG one to be added to the mix?

I’ll look more into this, is this like a steroid, like Cardarine?

Also what else besides fat fuel do you think would work really well to lose fat weight as quickly as possible?

If you got hardcore then nah not needed, although I suppose you can combine them for the localized surging of hormones benefits

It’s a protein that binds to myostatin and increases muscle mass strength and recovery
Helps in maintaining muscle on cuts

If you got any paid for fat fields then I recommend all of them lol

lol I’d recommend all of them too except the ones that inhibit hunger unless you have a tough time eating less and it’s a cause for having unwanted fat weight for you

And I can’t tell you how both the fields compare bro… I haven’t used either really much in a long time too

Try both alone and then try both
Do this for a week at a time to get a feel for how your body reflects upon it

I use more paid stuff or NFT
