Ah regarding fat… My concerns were that with all these fat fuels i would ran out of it, get skiny with no mucle growth.
But like, it makes some sense though doesnt it. Fat cells still very usable for us fielders. I wont return to the dark side though. But open for your convince if I did go.

noo, but you gotta eat, i think Dream mentioned in its thread (im lazy to check) or maybe even a comment under that field on youtube… that it just converts it to fat what you eat not really sending it anywhere else and that it was important to also use the enhanced nutrition absorber because the weight gainer is for people that eats and eats and never gain weight like they dont absorb the nutrients and hold them for longer until body says aiiight this food going nowhere i guess… lets store it lol

If my goal is to lose weight overall while keeping as much muscle mass as possible, would playing fat fuel daily and then muscle nutrition after meals help with that? I feel like if I lose the fat then I’ll become much more skinny
I guess skinny fat. Skinnyish not too muscular but having belly fat and looking fat.
I’m okay with looking skinny for a certain period of time, but I’d like to lose weight, pounds in the scale more. I’ve been gaining weight without even noticing. I don’t physically look different as much, but the scale goes up. Maybe because of bone and testosterone fields, but i have had the same diet for a while but the pounds slowly go up

I mainly use the leg workout audios, all of them including legs shredded and jacked. Other muscle groups I can go out and actually workout but legs are sometimes my least favorite to work lol. Also automated cardio but not as concise to as I should.
Would you recommend the automated workout system, the OG one to be added to the mix?

Also what else besides fat fuel do you think would work really well to lose fat weight as quickly as possible?
