These give very good energy during workouts. I used these and the fields delivered.
The title of the album is fair enough, no description is needed for me.
Use these before or during workout. Each 3 times is a good start. With time maybe more, but increase gradually, dont overwhelm yourselves.
For post workout i would say Fat fuel and Muscle nutrition are ideal.
And yes, i guess Pure motivation can be used for other purposes if you channel your focus towards it.
I think muscle nutrition is also good after meal, i would say 30 min after meal. I had a meal 2hr before workout, and when i looped this field during workout i feel digestion improved. Like burping and stomach felt after minutes less dense.
If you are looking to get super lean, and be just pure muscle…
loop AMPK along whatever other audio to shade pounds that you like, and always play 2 or 3 times the Muscle Nutrition one after every meal.
if you work out, the push will happen faster to show those new muscles…
but if you dont work out or just the minimum and are trying to lose big amounts of weight, or even just some pounds, the Muscle Nutrition after meals will avoid you losing muscle in the process
ive been trying to get lean lean first before focusing on building just muscle for a couple of years and its been blah a roller-coaster of losing and gaining, reason is that somehow by some almighty power i dont know lol i can build muscles very fast, so i always try to shed pounds first by dieting or by using our lovely audios etc (i hate cardio) otherwise if i dont do much cardio + try to burn fat using weights the process is awful the first 2 or 3 months because muscles grow fast and then fat gets burn slow so i look bigger
and if i only focus on diets and audios to burn fat… then i obv lose muscle fast too
but, ive been getting nice results now with this Muscle Nutrition audio!!
