Hi, is there any way to get these (especially muscle nutrition and all the new hormones ones) as the mp3 files that we normally use on our phones, computers (no videos)? I don’t want to rely on or use YouTube much for fields and already stopped premium subscription.

Using fat fuel not best when trying to gain muscle mass?
I’ve been shrinking with it lol, but my muscles at least have fuel and they do get stronger I think, but not bigger. More aesthethic if anything, but im not getting bigger.

Unless by more aesthetic you mean less fat around your muscle meaning more lean?
A lot of people look skinnier in clothes on caloric cuts, but with out clothes under some nice lights they look big cuz of how lean they are lol

You need protein to grow muscle
I still recommend to use it during bulks
Just like I recommend using fields with photosynthesis
Though light won’t convert to muscle directly
Only would be used as fuel for other processes and the muscle growth processes

Weight Gainer after meal and then Fat Fuel before workout?
You know weight gainer field also causes fat cells to become more populous right?

Fat fuel before working out or first thing in the morning on off days before getting active
But doesnt they get burned away sooner or latter with fields like fat burn or muscles beyond limits.
I mean it’s a battle of percentages
This field lowers the percentage of possible fat burn and highers the percentage of muscle growth
You’ll get a higher percentage of fat burn with out it
And these fields won’t get you to 1% body fat alone
But if thats what you where trying to do then, it would be easier to do it with out the weight gainer field… you’d have a higher performance of fat burn
But i need to bulk up haha that is why i used weight gainer daily
