Well i dont mind weight gainer because i burn it away a lot (cuz i rarely even eat). So i dont really get much fat anyways haha. But i dont understand the danger of it
Ask servitors to rewrite your desires to eat more healthy foods…
Ask them to study healthy individuals with healthy diets
Tell them to study their microflora, their micro biome
As many food desires come from gut bacteria
Start to wean off bad foods
And when you eat good ones, ask servitors to kill off the unwanted bacteria and help to repopulate the ones you want that come with eating healthy foods so you get better cravings
The gut and the brain is connected
You can also fast 3 days and do a new diet all together, takes some acclimating, I suggest light at first when you’re done with probiotics
I suppose, pizza can be cheaper alternative? Some pizzas have high protein but most fast food places have bad oils

You’d make better gains and would feel better, you’d get better results from fields too, if you ate the best that you can get for the same price you would spend buying 2 pizzas a day at a fancy restaurant

In the natural world, fat cells just shrink in size, don’t typically get destroyed… So you shrink in fat cell size but not the amount of them
More fat cells means fat is gained faster
But we got fields I suppose
Burning don’t matter if it’s only fat though
