Hey guys… i need your help please , I just bought (Self Love Transcendance ADVANCED FIELDS) but
Unfortunately i cant download it :expressionless:
I tried repeatedly and I still cannot download it or open the file. Can someone help me please ,and is there a way to contact Sapine?

Did you register in the website?

I don’t know if that happens automatically, but if you find a way to login (don’t make a new account if you can’t, and if you do, don’t use the email you used to purchase it), your fields should be on “my downloads”.

Otherwise they should send you an e-mail too. Check spam, notifications, etc. They are sometimes sent as notifications and not all email providers have a notifications tab.

So go thourgh the different folders in your email.

I guess you can contact Sammy…dunno how long it will take for him to answer but definitely do it if you can’t manage to get an email sent or access the field.

Yes i login to my account, i found my purchase , i tried to download it but when i want to open the file its still not working its giving me this msg :arrow_down:

File type is not supported.

This application is MHT file type reader. It was listed as compatible application to open because of different file managers handling problems.
