No, it doesn’t work like that…

OP there is an audio for thyroid. Several for endocrine system. Many topics discussing this issue, you can start there.

I read somewhere before that using Bluetooth earpieces may contribute to the nodule development.

I can’t get you what do you mean?

I was referring to the cause and bluetooth seems to be one of them. It’d be good for you to think about what contributed to its development so that it doesn’t happen again. Putting this here just in case you use bluetooth devices:

“SHAP analysis revealed age and daily Bluetooth headset usage duration as the two most significant factors affecting thyroid nodule risk. Specifically, longer daily usage durations of Bluetooth headsets were strongly linked to an increased risk of developing thyroid nodules, as indicated by the SHAP analysis outcomes.”

In the actual study the percent of nodules was identical across all people answered and “Bluetooth users”, also it’s questionnaire based, self-reported basically. No other studies on Bluetooth linked. This isn’t study on actual patients or one based on medical records. Also users of this WenJuanXing platform seem to be either significantly more healthy in terms of thyroid or underdiagnosed given that 12.2% report nodules.

The conclusions drawn on the webpage are fear-mongering.

What works is normal intake of iodine, D3 levels kept in norm, lowering systemic inflammation (as measured by CRP level). Symptoms like consistently low T4 should be treated with replacement therapy, there’s almost no way around it and not replacing T4 will not help thyroid only harm whatever still remains healthy as body will exert it more and likely induce further growth of the gland so it can produce more of the hormones.

For nodules use Anti Cancer 2.0, but take into account that if nodules are too large they better be removed surgically as it’s just faster and runs far less risk of in-growth and damage to surrounding tissue. Nowadays there are surgical methods that don’t require cutting the whole or half of the gland.
