There’s so many studies coming out on the health benefits if increasing NAD levels! I wish more people would use this audio . 108$ for a LIFETIME SUPPLY of NAD (and spermidine). That’s as good as it gets.

Maybe this can convince some :) :
Raising of NAD levels via supplementation made study participants loose 1,9kg in just 28 days! That’s 22,8 kilograms of weight per year. That’s almost 50 pounds my American friends :P all of this while lowering cholesterol, blood pressure and not changing diet. Sounds good.

Here’s another one:
“
reduction in fat mass and an increase in lean mass. NMN reversed high-fat diet-induced blood lipid levels then contributed to reducing hepatic steatosis. NMN also improved glucose tolerance and alleviated adipose tissue inflammation. Moreover, our data suggested that NMN supplementation may be depends on the NAD+ /SIRT6/LKB1 pathway to regulate brown adipose metabolism.”

NAD+ regulates mitophagy, a cellular pathway that specifically recognizes and degrades damaged mitochondria (Fang, 2019). Indeed, this NAD±mitophagy axis is compromised unequivocally in the aforementioned diseases. Restoration of the NAD±mitophagy axis alleviates disease pathologies and extends healthspan and lifespan in animal models, suggesting a causative role for the NAD±mitophagy axis in longevity (Fang et al., 2014; Waltz et al., 2017).

ChatGPT on NAD+: NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells. It plays a critical role in cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair processes. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, and this decline is thought to contribute to age-related diseases and decline in overall health.

Here are some of the potential benefits of maintaining optimal NAD+ levels:

  1. Improved cellular energy production: NAD+ is a critical component of the cellular energy production process, helping to convert nutrients into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the molecule that provides energy to the body. Maintaining optimal NAD+ levels may help to improve cellular energy production, which can lead to increased energy levels and improved physical performance.
  2. Enhanced DNA repair: NAD+ is also involved in DNA repair processes, which are critical for maintaining genomic stability and preventing the development of cancer and other diseases. Maintaining optimal NAD+ levels may help to enhance DNA repair processes, which can improve overall health and reduce the risk of age-related diseases.
  3. Improved cardiovascular health: Some studies have suggested that maintaining optimal NAD+ levels may help to improve cardiovascular health. NAD+ has been shown to have a protective effect on blood vessels, reducing inflammation and improving blood flow. This can help to reduce the risk of heart disease and other cardiovascular conditions.
  4. Increased longevity: Some animal studies have suggested that increasing NAD+ levels may help to increase lifespan. This is thought to be due to NAD+'s role in cellular energy production and DNA repair processes, which help to maintain cellular health and prevent the development of age-related diseases.
  5. Improved cognitive function: Some studies have suggested that maintaining optimal NAD+ levels may help to improve cognitive function and reduce the risk of age-related cognitive decline. NAD+ has been shown to have neuroprotective effects, improving brain function and reducing inflammation in the brain.
  6. Improved metabolic health: NAD+ has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism, which can help to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and other metabolic disorders.
  7. Reduced inflammation: NAD+ has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines and promoting the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines. This can help to reduce inflammation throughout the body, which is associated with a wide range of health conditions, including autoimmune diseases, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases.
  8. Improved muscle function: NAD+ has been shown to improve muscle function and reduce muscle damage. A study published in Cell Metabolism in 2017 found that NAD+ supplementation improved muscle function and endurance in mice, while reducing muscle damage and inflammation.

I wonder what would be the listening instructions for this field, its a bit different from others isnt it ?

I mean for how many weeks before one should stop using

I use it on demand, it’s a good pick me up. If I used it every day I’d probably be in a state of blissful health. A few weeks or so on it? Yeah let me know :) it’s one of my go to’s for sure when I need an extra boost.

Also try Glutathione 2.0 @Rayofpeace

Why can tathione fight the COVID-19 influenza virus?

Glutathione is the antioxidant substance with the highest concentration in cells, which has the reputation of “the mother of antioxidants of the human body”. When pathogenic bacteria and viruses invade our body, “free radicals” are produced, which are weapons for the immune system and play a crucial role in the whole human immune system.

Pneumonia is usually caused by viral or bacterial infection, and glutathione has good anti-free radical damage and anti-inflammatory effects. In many experiments, it has also been confirmed that glutathione (GSH) can inhibit lung diseases related to inflammation. For asthma, pulmonary edema, pleurisy, cystic fibrosis, lung damage and other lung diseases The disease has a good protective effect. Past studies have pointed out that “glutathione” in the human body has strong antioxidant ability and has the important function of eliminating harmful “free radicals”, which can help prevent inflammatory reactions and immune system problems, and also help reduce dyspnea caused by COVID-19.

A report published in the journal Antioxidants shows that supplementing the glutathione precursor “GlyNAC (Glycine and N-acetylcysteine)” may be related to improving the symptoms of COVID-19.

In other literature, Dr. Rajagopal Sekhar also said that relevant studies have pointed out that the decrease in glutathione concentration is related to many diseases, such as aging, diabetes, AIDS, cardiovascular diseases, etc. Therefore, being infected with COVID-19 may also affect the concentration of glutathione in the human body.

Glutathione has many benefits for the body. It not only has the function of adjusting the physique and beauty, but also knows how to prevent, protect yourself and increase resistance when the epidemic breaks out. However, it should be reminded that if you are more sensitive, please consult a professional doctor before using it!
