Ok… quick “releasing” primer for this.
Unless you can think “conceptually” then no, don’t think “communication issues”.
Think of a SINGLE incident that encapsulates the epitome of your communication issues.
Feel the negative aspects of that issue as fully as you can… FULLY.
Now hold that feeling while listening to the audio…
It will get less with time BUT…
Keep listening until it’s gone completely.
