Over the last few days I’ve been experimenting with @Luke’s (Filip’s) Arcturian Healing Codes field.
Playing this instantly gave me a very comfortable negentropic energetic embrace.
As you guys know, negentropy means restoring order and thus having a healing effect. After playing it for a few times I felt much less stressed and calm. It feels very cozy, soothing and loving.
The music choice here is excellent and suitable for endless looping.
I then decided to get the mp3 from Filip’s patreon, so that I can play it over night on loop…

1st night played it for 4 hours on loop and experienced some nice overall healing effect. That is of course subjective but with conscious guidance it seems the field can be directed at working on emotional issues, where one can notice the effects much nicer than with the physical body.
2nd night I looped it for over 7 hours, which probably was too much, as by playing it for so long, I wasn’t able to fall into deep sleep. So while this is very healing and cozy, it probably should not be over looped to much in the beginning like I did.
Everyone can try it out for free on the YouTube channel and if you are even a little bit energy sensitive you will likely instantly feel the warming uplifitng effect. 
Several times, after a few minutes of working with this field, I notice that I have sensations in my intestines, particularly in the colon.
This is the area I want to heal after eliminating the fungal overpopulation problem.
At first, I thought it was due to complicated digestion, but I realize that after each listening, I feel sensations in that area.
I also work with the Ambrosia field, I think that must also contribute. The pendulum gave me some information but I am careful that my mind does not influence the answer.
