The torso, also known as the trunk, is the central part of the human body to which the head, arms, and legs are attached. It extends from the neck down to the pelvis and is fundamental to the body’s structure and function. The torso houses many of the vital organs, including those of the respiratory, cardiovascular, and digestive systems, such as the heart, lungs, and stomach. It is also where you find the rib cage, which protects these essential organs.
The torso plays a critical role in posture and movement. It includes the chest, back, and abdominal areas, which contain important muscle groups that support the spine and allow for complex movements. These muscles are also essential for maintaining stability and balance. The spine itself, running through the back of the torso, protects the spinal cord and serves as a primary support structure for the body.
With this project, we aimed to correct everything related to the posture in the middle of body. Firstly, we correct the bone structure, from pelvis to neck, alongside the strengthening and healing of the bones as well. Then we train the muscles to hold the proper posture. And to that, we add the energetic braces and Torso symmetry to ensure the correct posture even further. This comes with some miscellaneous practical help to remove any unneeded fat and skin to make it even easier, some intuitive guidance and Dream’s magic.
The Abbreviated Draft
Full Description:
1. Main Field: Perfected Torso Skeleton Template
This field utilizes the concept of an ideal skeletal structure as a template to encourage the body’s natural systems to realign the torso’s bones towards perfect health and symmetry. It leverages the innate capacity of the body to adapt and regenerate, guiding it to reshape the torso bones for optimal form and function.
1.Subfield: Stem cells for Torso Bones
This subfield directs stem cells specifically to the bones of the torso, enhancing their repair and growth. It helps in the regeneration of bone tissue…
2.Subfield: Plasma bone protocol
Using the latest in energetic plasma technology, this subfield accelerates the healing and strengthening of the skeletal structure. It ensures the bones are resilient and healthy, mitigating future injuries.
3.Subfield: Enhanced mineral absorption
This subfield optimizes the body’s ability to absorb and utilize minerals crucial for bone health, such as calcium and phosphorus. It ensures that these minerals are effectively incorporated into the bones, enhancing their density and durability.
2. Main Field: Torso Strength and Balance
This is dedicated to regulating muscles in the torso, strengthening the muscles, and training them to maintain perfect posture. It aims to foster a stable and strong torso capable of supporting optimal skeletal alignment.
1.Subfield: Torso fat regulation
Targets metabolic processes to regulate fat storage in the torso, promoting a balanced and healthy body contour.
2.Subfield: Torso symmetry
This subfield aims to correct imbalances in muscle and skeletal alignment within the torso, promoting symmetrical muscle development and posture correction. Similarly as with the Body Symmetry field, but targeted to Torso.
3.Subfield: Skin Tightening
Enhancing skin elasticity and firmness, this subfield helps tighten and tone the skin of the torso, reducing sagging and improving overall appearance. This ensures no extra skin hanging after the corrections.
3. Main Field: Energetic braces
Acts as an invisible energetic brace that intuitively aligns and supports the spine and torso. It helps in maintaining proper posture and spinal health through subtle energetic adjustments.
1.Subfield: Intuitive guidance and habits
This subfield energetically inspires and instills habits that contribute to a healthy posture. It intuitively guides the individual towards behaviors that enhance spinal alignment and overall torso health.
2.Subfield: Spinal Tapper
This utilizes the concept of Spinal Tapper field, but integrated to the project. (Concentrated on what isn’t covered by other fields and subfields)
This uses a combination of a few different therapies; 1. Spinal Decompression Therapy ;
Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine. That changes the force and position of the spine. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine, by creating negative pressure in the disc. As a result, bulging or herniated disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This in turn, helps promote movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks so they can heal.
3.Subfield: [Dream’s magic]
The posture we have has wide implications, often much wider than generally anticipated, it’s not only about looks or to avoid back pains, etc. Let’s have an overview of good posture:
-
Reduced Lower Back Pain: Maintaining a proper alignment of the spine reduces stress on the lower back. Poor posture, such as slouching or leaning forward for prolonged periods, can lead to or exacerbate lower back pain.
-
Improved Respiratory Health: Good posture allows the lungs to expand and contract efficiently, facilitating better oxygen intake and improving overall respiratory function. Slumped or hunched positions can compress the lungs, reducing their capacity.
-
Decreased Tension and Pain in Neck and Shoulders: Correct posture helps in evenly distributing stress across the muscle groups and reduces the likelihood of developing tension or pain in the neck, shoulders, and upper back.
-
Enhanced Circulation and Digestion: Sitting or standing straight allows internal organs to assume their natural position without undue compression, which promotes better blood flow and digestion.
-
Increased Energy Levels and Mood: Proper posture contributes to more efficient muscle use and allows the body to use less energy for daily activities. It also influences hormone levels, particularly cortisol (stress hormone) and testosterone (linked to confidence), which can positively affect mood and stress levels.
-
Improved Muscle and Joint Health: Good posture helps maintain bone and joint alignment, which decreases the abnormal wearing of joint surfaces and reduces the risk of arthritis. It also helps prevent muscle fatigue because muscles are being used more efficiently.
-
Enhanced Brain Function: With better posture, there is improved blood flow and increased oxygen to the brain, which can enhance cognitive function.
-
Positive Self-Perception and Social Impression: Maintaining good posture can lead to better self-esteem and self-image. Furthermore, it affects how others perceive you, often leading to more positive social and professional interactions.
Maintaining good posture is thus a critical aspect of your overall health, influencing not only the musculoskeletal integrity but also the function of several vital systems in the body.
