Which audios make you feel a ‘high’ or a trance sort of feeling?

sometimes I just desire to fly into my inner worlds while being occupied in earthly activities…

I think this will be quite individual!
Most of the energy course audios, especially body primer (for me it is almost like a wellness massage) and the meditation audio from the course.
Even physical fields can this effect in my experience.

Also, I love falling asleep to the sirian energy infusion one, it would also be good (for me) for meditation.
I don’t try to communicate/ask questions or for things though at the moment, I just love the feeling it gives me.

My best advice is to experiment, there is an evening and morning meditation playlist on dream seeds channel which could be a good starting point.

A little thought for @Samurai :)

I was worried about not remembering my dreams recently because this is not considered as a “good” sign by us mental health workers (interpreted as a disconnection from one’s unconscious, etc.).

Was already using Quasi Crystal. Added Pietersite on the top lately. Now, not only my dreams have regained clarity, but they also became easier to interpret (Quasi Crystal helping about reorganizing patterns).
