I’ve been through a brain injury along with some other serious health stuff. And I’ve made tremendous progress over the years. From fields as well as care.
Physical Healing Fields for Brain injury:
Plasma Brain of Youth (the essential brain healing field imo)
Plasma Flaunt/The Eternal/Max Heal Potion (the ultimate healing trio)
Manhattan Method (i think it has healing properties in that it can bring advanced cognition back into focus)
Mitoquinol Mesylate
The Endocriner (the glands in the brain need attention as well)
Other Fields:
Speed Up Physical Changes (opens up the heart chakra to accept healing and transformation, along with a lot of other stuff — made by Psychic University)
Resilience
Love Gratitude and Appreciation
Infrared and Plasma Drink Charger (charge your water)
Nothing touches active meditation, connecting with yourself, visualizing your body, your issues.
Long term commitment, investment and consistency/discipline. No victim mentality — i kept working, kept my problems to myself outside of very close family and friends, pushed through challenging times and benefitted from that process.
The Vielight devices were very helpful for me. Infrared sauna also a gamechanger.
For me, everything feels like an essential piece of a much larger puzzle. There’s never a magic bullet. Have patience, keep an open mind. Sometimes I’d not even realize how much I’d improved because I wasn’t dwelling on it, I was just staying consistent. But I’ve made significant progress, especially recently with all of these newer fields.
For brain healing, what helped me the most:
PQQ (i get it in BioPQQ form — promotes the creation of new mitochondria)
Ubiquinol (synergistic with PQQ)
phosphatidyl serine (at night)
microdosing psilocybin (this opens up your self-understanding that you can accept your situation and ultimately heal. There are also physical effects in the brain that are very powerful)
If you can handle lion’s mane, do that too.
that was tremendously helpful. thank you very much for sharing your story.
which experiences have u made with lions mane? can it be hard to handle under certain circumstances?
have a wonderful day.
Lion’s mane is generally handled well, but it has a slight inhibitory effect on 5-alpha reductase, so I can’t take it. Gives me a dulling effect. But the mechanism for those it works for is very beneficial.
