this happened to me many times when using my phone. try on a PC or laptop, check email again. I see you use the app. i think the app makes this.

I think email should display link anyway, at least through GMail and Chrome it always does on my devices.

I don’t own a laptop. I own a phone and an IPad. I’ve bought several hundred fields before guys. I’m not new to this. It doesn’t matter whether I log directly into the site or use the app. I’ve never used the app before yesterday. I only downloaded it because the website wasn’t showing the file.

There’s a button in the email that takes you to your library.

And, btw, everything else in my library has files.

It could be at the backend of Gumroad, when choosing ‘Contains mp3 / wav’, this field doesn’t show up.
A member has shared in private upon purchasing last night that they also didn’t receive any file, so I suggested to contact Gumroad support.

I hope this gets sorted out soon. :slightly_smiling_face:
