That is awful man! How old is he? Cancer is an outcome of holding grudge against others especially a vindictive one, regardless of the situation of what happened with your brother, talk to him into forgiving others and also mainly himself. Grudge can also be against someone like a parent who neglected him or was not emotionally available growing up or grudge against people who have been exploiting his big heart but he is just too nice.

I will just share my own personal experience that not all tumors in a brain are the same degree of bad. There are many different types of tumors, and the types and locations of those tumors can make a world of difference, both in terms of outcome and of experience on his way to his outcome.
