The fields song is something magical…

Absolutely favorite song of all the mindfulness fields

When I first listened it made me feel like a kid in Disney World for the first time

Experiencing a would be dream in real life

I was not expecting this at all

The song is so good, it deserves to be part of a movie, a life defining one for a child

In social settings, there is a pressure of engaging

Even if you are confident, the simple fact of being aware is some sort of tax on your nervous system

Much like when listening to music, it’s a layer of pressure onto your consciousness/mind/nervous system to process and interpret
Even if its soothing, you’re still being engaged in it, maybe it takes 1% of your mental and nervous system capacity… It’s still 1 percent

So when speaking to some one, even if you are confident and calm, you still are affected
For most people I imagine, the way they are in a social environment is completely different to how they are when they are alone and believe no one is watching, the things they express in these moments go through less of a cognitive filter prior articulation/expression therefore takes less of a mental pressure/nervous system pressure

The reason I explain this, is because this field has made me more indifferent to social settings
I don’t even noticing I’m talking to people at times when at work, like I know I’m talking to them, but I’m not different at all about it, I’m still in the same flow of having been alone just moments prior

I feel more calm, steady and grounded

Less pressure on the nervous system doing things

I originally got this field so early on in my order of purchases rather than later because I wanted my nervous system to have more rest time and heal better

Yo man, I bet you that the Absinthe is playing a factor too in what you’re describing. It’s more of a flow state I’ve noticed in all situations since using that field and I don’t own this one at the moment

It’s just that I’ve had Pernod Fils Pre-Ban Absinthe for over 2 weeks now and I didn’t notice this so heavily as within the past 4 days of owning Unshakable Chill
