Have you tried some basic communication with your servitor?
Like stimulate my right hand for a yes, left for a no kind of stuff?
Or using tools to aid such as pendulums and tarot?
I guess I can attempt to move him and see how it goes idk

I think I did the arm thing. but it’s not the sort of that works for me. I couldn’t feel anything above the level of suggestion.

I actually have it in my brain stack
Although I feel overloaded within 3-5 fields
So I never actually get to the bottom of the playlist where the brain dancer is haha

You know what is best for you, so many fields in a row is overwhelming.
I suggest you 3 sessions with 3 field each during the whole day.

Well I sort of can handle quite plenty honestly
Because they are all for the mind, but not brain related
The brain ones are the ones of which I can handle the least
Then physical body related ones
And then ones that kind of just energy related these I like to loop a lot
Or plasma for example, that one I listen in abundance
I generally base the amount of times on my personal reactions
It is good to have guidelines when you’re just starting and in broad sense but I feel like I have somewhat upgraded myself over time that I’ve been using fields
Increased my capacity to say
And whenever it is too much I would always feel it
I’d feel like a jug that holds too much water
That I’m about to burst lol
