So I have been reading comments where many have been getting results from that video even if they used it like 4 times every single day. Some even say they feel contractions. So I am planning on trying this out for an entire week to see how it goes. I noticed that I have lost muscle. Cannot go to gym because of this stupid virus. I notice that both my hands are hurting right now as we are speaking…it is as if I just deadlifted a lot of weight.
So my questions are, should I use DHT after listening to that video as well?
Do I have to feel contractions for this video to work? So many are saying they are feeling contractions but I’m not feeling that many contractions
