Upper Body Workout video

So I have been reading comments where many have been getting results from that video even if they used it like 4 times every single day. Some even say they feel contractions. So I am planning on trying this out for an entire week to see how it goes. I noticed that I have lost muscle. Cannot go to gym because of this stupid virus. I notice that both my hands are hurting right now as we are speaking…it is as if I just deadlifted a lot of weight.

So my questions are, should I use DHT after listening to that video as well?
Do I have to feel contractions for this video to work? So many are saying they are feeling contractions but I’m not feeling that many contractions

Don’t worry bro I too don’t feel contractions from the automated workout fields but I know they worked because the day after I used them I was sore. You can use testosterone booster, dht, estrogen reducer and myostatin if you want to boost muscle growth.

That’s exactly what I’m going for. Muscle growth. I hate not being able to go to the gym. Home workouts are boring. I don’t get the same thrill I do from when I was in the gym lifting heavy. How long have you been using that video for and how often did you use?

I listened to the weight loss combo for a week which has the automated workout field in it, I didn’t notice any difference in my musculature because I used it only for a week, but my muscles were sore so it worked.
