Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, my dad is stuck in a situation. He is in education industry. He also helps student get admission in their preferred universities etc, so he helped a student a long time ago and he did his studies and all and was recruited in state intelligence. And he fell in love with a women in his department and they were in a relationship. And later the girl became his senior and she knew all the secrets about him. And when they broke up, she was on for revenge and started blackmailing him and got him charged with various law sections and he lost his job and became psychotic. And somehow the girl also made the whole department comply with her and they all have harassed him & have claimed that his university degree is fake but after he graduated the university was sold to another party and the new owners were already in some legal trouble, so the court took all their data and records, so the department was not able to verify his degree. somehow someway that we are not aware of, my dad’s name was admitted by the person that “ he ( my dad) admitted me to the university”.
Now the intelligence department has also filed FIR against my dad and he could be jailed along with the person, just because he helped him with the admission process, just like he has helped thousands others. They both could be jailed for three years, and the sections are non bail able. Thankfully my dad has some really powerful connections he gained through countless selfless acts and goodwill. He reached out to them but they all said that they can help out but they said the third person who can help aka high ranking police officer will demand at least 10 lakh rupees ( 12,000 usd ) as bribe. Now this would’ve been no problem 10 years ago but now, we are hand to mouth. We barely earn 7-8 lakh inr (8-9500 usd) Per annum. So you can see what our situation is. Our lawyer has advised not to go the police station no matter how much they call him. And just leave the city for a few days. It’s very difficult to see these things happening as my dad is the most kind, forgiving & patient person. He has even forgiven people who have played my dad in equivalent of millions of dollars and he still welcomed and helped them with open arms. Yes, once we were very rich, majority of people we know still think we are millionaire but i hate to say this, the reality is different. We already have our school and society on sale, and they are big in area, if our school gets sold or invested in, we can live a good and comfortable life but alas.
Please guys, help us. For the first time my dad, an idol of kindness, forgiveness, patience & resilience, for the first time i saw a crack in that pillar of strength of ours. We have collected some money, around 6 lakhs Indian rupees & we wont have to pay any interest on 4 lakh if it, and once again my mom is going to the jeweller to sell her last two remaining pieces of earrings. My dad said tonight before leaving,” if we get the money, then good but if we don’t accept the reality, ik you guys will take care if yourself and your mom “ my sister, me and my mom were holding it together keeping faith but that broke me and my sister.
Im unfortunately of no help to him rn, i can just do as he says and support my sister and mom emotionally and help them keep faith.
