Yeah if anything, spiritual people shouldn’t have this idea of humans are better than animals. Or even plants for that matter. Not saying abortion is good or bad, but it is no different than killing a chicken.

And while a conservative christian (or any other religious person) might view this as a problem due to me lacking an objective morality, I don’t necessarily view it as a problem. We have a moral compass that is biased towards humans because we are humans ourselves. There’s nothing special about us.

I believe our morality stems from our empathy. And our instinct to be in a ‘pack’ (not unlike wolves).
