Using Workout Audios - Are Test and/or HGH audios necessary?

So, I am still getting a grasp on the specifics of what some of the audios include and how they achieve their title goal/effect.

I did not realize, or forgot, till today that several of the workout audios (e.g. Automated Leg Day, Automated Upper Body Workout, etc) include HGH and Testosterone boosting effects. My current plan (which I am still getting into the groove of, so not fully tested) is 1-2 “workouts” per day with a stack that looks like this:

Cardarine
LGD 3303
Nitric Oxide Boost
Automated Cardio
Automated Gluteal Workout
Automated Leg Day
Automated Calves and Feet
Automated Upper Body x 2
Core Strengthening
Extreme Muscle Growth
Afterworkout Muscle Recovery

I often run the Testosterone and HGH audios 1-2 times per day as well at other times as part of a hormone stack, and now I am wondering if that is really necessary.

Hormone Stack:

Reduced Estrogen
DHEA
Progesterone
Testosterone
DHT
HGH

Anyone have experience or thoughts?

Hey man, so I personally always listen to test before lgd to kind of “prime” lgd since lgd sends your available test to your muscles

I view it this way

Test primes lgd
Lgd primes automated work out (since automated work out fields boost test in your muscles too)

The more test going to your muscles the better your results will be but be sure not to abuse stuff unless you don’t care about side effects

Nice stack by the way! Are you listening to these fields in this order twice a day?

Thanks for that insight TheAscendingBicep.

I am still kind of figuring out if I can handle twice a day in terms of my body, as well as my schedule. That is my goal though for this week and see how it goes. Last week some days I did twice a day, some days only once due to scheduling (trying to do too much).

As far as side effects: I would say I moderately care? I am willing to gamble / deal with the supposed cancer risks I’ve read about. I’m trying to negate other risks (suppressed testosterone, gyno, fatigue, etc) by running Sapien’s anti-estrogen and pro-testosterone audios, his anti-gyno audio, as well as Binaural Nutrition’s prolactin and estrogen blocking audio. I’m also using Sapien’s heart audio to both work on clearing existing arterial plaque as well as prevent extra build up resulting from anything else I’m doing.

I also intend to limit my use of the Cardarine and LGD 3303 audios to 8-10 weeks before giving myself a 2-4 week break.

No problem brotha, the reason why I asked is because I would personally order it like this:

Automated upper body workout x2
Automated leg day
Automated Glute workout
Automated calves and feet workout
Core strengthening
Automated cardio

Reason being you burn more fat from cardio when your glycogen (basically carbs) storages are depleted in your muscles because you’ll be using fat for energy instead, and the direct work outs would burn off any energy you have in your muscles. So you’ll burn more fat this way when you listen to cardio at the end because you’ll be depleted

This is why it’s always be best to lift first then do cardio lol

That’s good man don’t forget about your liver, kidney and adrenals too!

That’s smart bro I’m doing the same! Let us know how the twice a day workouts works out! lol

To save time, you can split the workouts to 2 days, so the first day work on Upper Body, Core, and Cardio. Day 2 you do Glutes, Legs, and Calves. I started week 5 today doing the schedule I mentioned once per day, and it is going well for me
