Since you’re 16, I assume your ability to purchase fields is limited :)
Therefore I would say use
- immune system boost for a couple of days before the vaccine
- Plasma light daily, starting before the vaccine if possible
- Plasma to mitochondria field also daily starting before the vaccine
- DNA repair also starting before the vaccine
After the vaccine:
- Jing & chi to have more energy after the vaccine, as well as ojas
- Alchemical Jing charged blood
- auric clearing (don’t play other energy fields in the 3h before you listen to this), Internal alchemical crucible, etheric cord cutter and exorcism - some people have side effects because all the fear and panic surrounding the vaccine, these should help with this part
Sapien medicine also has some audios to help “common” side effects , such as fields for:
- Heart inflammation
- Blood clots removal
Lastly, if it hurts, you can play the new pain release field :)
But as per the experience of people around me, Pfizer was not as bad as moderna. Make sure to MOVE your arm a lot after - arm circles, massage the area etc. Then your arm will hurt less the day after.
