In terms of diet advice
If you are not vegetarian
It’s hard for me to give any diet advice at all

I’m not going to tell you:
“Don’t buy XYZ animal buy XYZ animal instead cuz when you consume it its better for you”

I will help you to a vegetarian regard

I told you I will video chat with you through work outs and help you when the time comes and I’m sticking to this word

(Not every work out, but to teach, maybe we can go to the gym at the same time and work out while video chatting, that way I can show you everything myself while explaining)

I recommend getting the enlightened states patreon for some terrific fields you can acquire through there that are other wise not for sale any more
