It can be realy exaggerated, like you need to be ideal to get girl. However fact is that its easier for naturaly attractive person. That doesn’t mean that somebody should give up on dating, anyone can be better like you mention grooming, better style, working out etc. Confidence is big thing too i agree on that. Blackpill just teach if you are what they call Sub5 (very fat, short, bad face) and if you work very hard on yourself don’t expect to be women magnet. Thats diffrence betwen blackpill and red pill. Red pill teach that anyone can get stacy if they maintain confidence etc. Then when it don’t happen, they think its something wrong with them and start banging their head. Thats very bad for mental health, its better to have realistic expectations.

This is totally B.S. some of Capts best fields are the chadliners. I don’t see whats wrong with people wanting to look good. You have the best skin and teeth Iv ever seen, so you can’t jusge people not feeling confident with their looks. Have a face full of pimples one day and see how much physical appearance matters. As I’ve improved my looks I litterly have woman run from across the street just to stop right in front of me so I could talk to them. Happened 3x this week alone, and i haven’t been maintaining my grooming. I think Sammy just scared of competition

Huh? When have I said it’s wrong for people to want to look good? In a number of posts, I speak of putting an effort to your looks, to how you dress, to your grooming, to exercising and so on.
I put an effort on how I look and it’s nothing to do with competition. I put an effort on my looks cause I love and value myself. I enjoy looking good for me and my wife.
What I speak of is for men to gain confidence in themselves despite their looks in relation to societys standards. I am 5’8 and will never be 6’ and I’m okay with that. I dress and groom myself in a way that compliments my face and body. I accept what I got and make the most out of it.
What I tell people is to find value in your way of being. Find value in your voice. And find value in yourself that doesn’t depend on outside validation. Looks might draw people in, but your energy is what makes them stay.
And that’s the vibe the not so attractive men I know, give off. That is why they are still attractive in their own way. They love and believe in themselves. Whoever and whatever they are. They don’t care about the chad standard and instead care about looking like the best version of themselves.
And yes, they don’t attract the 10’s you guys fantasize over having. But that’s life. You take what’s most possible for you at the moment.

If you actually read what I wrote about the mystery books is that while I think many of their ideas are toxic, I do appreciate that the main focus of those guys is to actually go out and try to talk to women. To fail over and over again until rejection doesn’t mean anything and you feel comftorable just being yourself and honest with women. And I also mentioned these guys were physically unattractive but still managed to gain confidence in themselves.
