My vision definetly has gotten better with everyday use. Not too sure about astigmatism, although i do feel sensations in both my eyes - as if something’s being released.
I haven’t measured and don’t plan on going to the eye doctor anytime soon b/c Im also doing hypno therapy.

Anyone using this as a daily lubricant after working on a computer all day?
The ‘Vision Refresh’ aspect of this field is really wonderful. It feels great when all that tension from working on the computer melts out of your eyes.
This is one of my ‘every single day’ fields. If I miss a day, my eyes feel really cranky the next day. It’s like they weren’t designed to spend all day glued to a screen or something…

I used to have good vision. No need for glasses. As a kid I suppose I was toying with my ability to make change. I loved how glasses looked and wanted my own so I did the thing I was told would affect my vision (without looking at the sun).
Well you know what, not too long after it was determined I needed glasses. Heh.
But now, it was determined long ago that sitting close to the TV does not affect your vision. So I’m left with wondering how to reverse the strong manifestation child me decided to explore. I hoped I could save up for this one!
Hello genie, as you are the organizer of this amazing field, would you know does this include macular degeneration? The closest one I can find is per below.
Macular degeneration is a disease related with retina, and patient will see things as if there is a later of dark shade in front of them.
