Better work out performance
Ie. More power and endurance
Mentality wise i chase pain even more than i did before (when working out of course lol)
Naturally going harder would mean you get more sore but i get the same level of soreness. So i think it helps in that regards too.
I listen maybe 5 or 6 hours a day in total (i listen to 4 other fields the same amount kinda and 1 other field like 1 or 2 hours a day)
