MENTALITY OF A WARRIOR

Research shows that mindsets play a significant role in determining life’s outcomes. By understanding, adapting, and shifting your perspective, you can improve your health, decrease stress, and become more resilient to life’s challenges. When looking for ways to improve sports performance, the apparent approaches include physical conditioning and practice. Yet we also hear about athletes who tap into the power of their minds to further refine their skills to give them that competitive edge. Is there any truth to this? Could mindset also contribute to improved sports performance? The answer is “YES”! Countless studies support the power of the mind on sports performance.

Confidence:

The best athletes are self-confident by nature; they believe they can make it to the top step of the podium, even if that self-confidence is sometimes propped up by blood, sweat, tears, and a ton of sacrifice. This NFT will increase the user’s confidence in all aspects of athleticism and instill in them a deep belief in their abilities. To be the best, an athlete must believe that he/she can beat the best (and anything else that gets in her way).

Motivation & Desire:

This model is formed on the basis of serious science - sports medicine.

Sports medicine is the science that deals with the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, as well as their prevention. In a broader sense, it includes many narrowly defined disciplines: physical therapy, kinesiology, biomechanics, orthopedic surgery, sports nutrition therapy, chiropractic care, etc. This science also includes the medical support and maintenance of an optimal physiological state under altered conditions, such as being at altitude or at depth.

Goals of this block:

There seems to be no mention of the effect of bone thickening, my wrist bones are very thin and my overall bone structure is very thin. :pensive:

Would anyone actively using this field like to have a private chat about it?

I bought it from a fellow member a couple of days ago, and while I am super grateful about that purchase I am still learning to use it.

I played it 2-3 times right before Crossfit over lunch time.
I definitely experienced the “Optimal load model” during the technical part of the training (Squats to 90% practice) but felt somewhat limited during the WOD (intense part).

I had fatigue from the previous training, but the experience was interesting as it felt unusual.

Currently pondering if this is best to rather use after working out, and in meditation for the mindset part, due to its components. Or rather this could be a safety mechanism to avoid any form of injury.

I believe that if you can find a copy of Spartan and use both, it would be optimum. Some of the mental aspects that I wanted in Warrior Athlete didn’t make the Final Cut and therefore I think Spartan picks that up. I also like to wear Pranic Vacuum when I work out.

I don’t do CrossFit anymore now that I own a traditional gym but I still do boot camp and boxing classes. I feel these help. Breath of the Gods I was considering finding to experiment with too.

Back after my experiments.

I am getting the most benefits from this field actually after working out.

I am using a couple of fields for the physical body, so I can’t comment on those related gains. Though I have very noticeable results on the mindset and athlete mentaly aspects that I can attribute to this field (reason why I purchased it).

So far it is giving me gratitude to have a very functional body and to tap into those on-demand endorphins. It is filling me with a desire to go for more and have fun exploring what can my body do.

I injured myself very lightly yesterday, and instead of a victim or frustrated mindset, my mind integrated straight what I did wrong and how can I improve.

Also I am unsure if this is linked to this field or another, but I’ve had fortuitous meetings from people I can learn from.

Any of you guys stacking this up with Plasma flaunt ? If so how to stack this with regards to plasma flaunt ? As in before or after Plasma Flaunt for optimal results ?

The field you’re looking is Hardcore (and all the free options available on Youtube/Patreon)

Though while those are great fields, I would highly recommend you to use them to supplement actual physical exercice. Besides the overall health benefits, movement is key for a healthy & happy mind.

The way I experience Warrior Athlete, the purpose is quite different and I play them separately.

My experience so far with Warrior Athlete is a great field for the sport mindset, quick recovery, but also to avoid injuries.
