Any audio that can reduce water weight?
What?
There is water weight and body fat, I’m asking for a audio to reduce water weight “retention”
I suppose the 2.0 water charger might do that, since many say the water is light compared to before.
Body’s WATER WEIGHT
aahhh ok.
I don’t know an audio for this, but 2 days diet low in salt and carbs should do it, though I’m sure you already know.
Thank You
You can supplement it with green tea or other tea to flush out water.
Simplified, your bod stores a certain gram of water for each gram of carbs consumed in the prior period (1-2 days). Similarly for salt.
This is why when people go on a diet they suddenly lose a lot of water weight, most diets are low carb + less processed food (less salt).
This should do it, unless you have a medical condition causing you to retain a lot.
Interesting
This is good information
In addition to what MonkeyOwl said, caffeine is a natural diuretic (gets water out of your blood) as well.
How come you’re trying to lose water weight @XRPStorm? It’s not exactly all that healthy lol
I want to try something
Okay man… be careful!
Dry fast
In addition to the suggestions in this thread, Lymphatic System Blockage Removal and Enhanced Drainage and Glutathione Super Anti-Oxidant can help encourage drainage of water weight for some people.
Lymphatic System Blockage Removal
Why?
Because dry fasting means you don’t eat and you don’t drink, so then at least with that field you get some energy.
If your goal is to lose water weight, it is not you best option though, physically, the body’s reaction to suddenly being deprived of all water and food will not be to also flush out anything that is already there.
You haven’t actually given us what your goal is, so if you’re just experimenting, you can try that, sure.
Otherwise stick to what I and Mr bicep said, he should know since he is a bodybuilder and as such he needs to do it on a regular basis (though of course I don’t know if you’re competing @IAmJonathan)
Edit: and all the field suggestions as well from others, sorry, don’t mean to be dismissive.
In the end it depends on your goal.
