Hi,
I want this thread to be a collection of ideas on how to use this field for maximum results.
What I started doing is creating a mindmap with me in the middle and listing all the points/ideas, places, people and experiences I don’t want in my life anymore.
I connect these with myself in the middle using dotted lines.
Then I’d start listening to ECC and look at this map. Do this every day and erase some of the dotted lines if you feel like you aren’t as connected to the topic as before, until the line is completely gone.
What are your ideas?
