if i lose fat then i’ll know magic is real which is cool, and my scepticism can live in the past. I’ve decided to do a rigorous experiment. This is not only for me, but those from the outside who want entry but are too sceptical.
My starting weight is 89kg (196lbs). If i lose like 5 or 10 kilo, that will be enough to convince me because rapid weight loss with hardly any conscious lifestyle change is unlikely.
I’ve updated the protocol so it it mostly fields that burn the fat as heat.
PROTOCOL:
I will weigh myself every 1 or 2 weeks (if i remember to) in the morning, ideally after i have gone to the toilet. Obviously that small amount of weight from the poop won’t be significant if i get 15,30,45lbs drops.
fat burning genetic advantage
increases mitochondria in fat cells and removes the genes from fat cells that prevent them from expressing UCP1 (the protein for thermogenesis) play around 2-4 times
extreme fat burn: thermogenesis
supplies the fat cells with abundant UCP1. and supplies leptin which helps with hunger. play around 2-5 times
automated cardio
increases metabolism by simulating physical activity.
enhanced fat metabolism
aids thermogenesis by increasing energy source to adipose over glucose
hunger inhibitor
curbs the hunger side effects
updates
26 February - So i started this maybe a few weeks ago. im about 87-87.5kg (191lbs) from my last weigh-in a few days ago. so a modest 5 lbs down
With the way the brain guilders treat those fields(in their pockets on a constant unconscious loop), you’d expect them all to work this way. I have also read from many og’s round here that sleeping with them works. So my approach of listening with great attention shouldn’t be necessary but i’ll do it anyway to give them their best chance for integration into me.
I’m the guy from the previous post, i find this interesting because of how confusing it could be to believe if the sensations could just be the product of what the field is doing now VS what it does for the time after
I had both results, and while fields did help in my journey to lose 20lbs, they weren’t the main catalyst for the results, yet i do believe they were one of the main helpers in this
What im trying to say in a nutshell is for you to not minimize the efforts of doing proper diet, because if you don’t do so then it would be the equivalent of anyone hitting the gym everyday, while eating tons of junk food, much effort, almost zero results in the weight category
There is a post by Maoshan_Wanderer where he had his nephew use fields but also supplementation and minor diet changes and it was a successful experiment.
I’ve done a bit of searching but haven’t found it yet. I think it was in 2 different posts. In the meantime maybe some OG forum member will remember where it was.
I do have a good mindset towards diet and exercise. I would say if i was to continue with my lifestyle without fields i wouldn’t gain weight and i would probably lose weight overtime. i wouldn’t say i have a very active lifestyle either. My point is, i have pretty much set my lifestyle up so that i am mostly neutral. If the fields should work then i should see weekly weight loss as if i was a person with a very strict diet.
that was a useful thread thanks for mentioning it @Rosechalice
It is true, as he said in the thread, the need to curb the hunger that comes with weightloss.
