Weight loss plateau?

I have been using the following audios:

fat burning genetic advantage
thermogenic weight loss
glycolysis with UCP activation
Core strengthening (added on the second day)
automated cardio

My weight used to flactuate between 59.9 kgs to 61 kgs, and on the second day of this playlist, my weight has dropped to 58.8 kgs despite eating a little more than usual on the first day. Now, my weight has consistently been 58.8 in the morning and 59.4 at night, and I have been eating less but I am not losing weight. I listen to the playlist 1-2 times after each meal (2-3 meals a day, no snacks)

I am not sure how to continue. I think the fat burning genetic advantage is preventing me from gaining more weight which is why I always weigh 58.8 in the morning, but I don’t seem to be losing more weight past that. Should I incorporate muscle building audios to boost fat loss?

how long do you listen? how many days?

around 11-12 days now, usually 4-5 times for each audio
I forgot to mention, i also start the playlist with energy blockage removal, etheric cord cutter, and angelic intercession. Before using these 3 audios, I never got any results. Now that I have noticed a slight change, I have hit a plateau

i fathom you will use weight if you simply use the free training audios for all muscle groups and your other 3 audios you mentioned.

if you dont pay attention and use the fat loss audios very close in time to training audios you may loose effect from both.

with your current weight id say you dont need the exact weight loss audios and only train / build muscle.

How much less are you eating? This could be the issue right here. This might not be the case for you, but it is common for people to start eating not enough calories throughout the day in the hopes of losing more weight.
However, it may work short term but our bodies reguire good nutritional input and having a calorie deficit that isn’t too extreme - you can look up a calorie calculator online which will provide you with the amount of calories you should consume to lose certain amounts of weight.

The body is like a car in a way - it needs its fuel to continue functioning. Fuel = Good sleep, enough water, diet and nutrition, protein, calorie deficit, exercise, reducing stress where possible and so on. Just wanted to give this perspective also because it can help these audios to work even better for you. :slight_smile:

Also, just remember that gaining muscle will lead to an increase in your body weight - this kind of weight gain is a good thing. Could your weight gain be muscle increase related? Just a thought.

I am also listening weight loose audios past 10 days but my weight is same.
I am also listening subconscious removal, ego dissolution, mana circuit.
But i think though i am not loosing weight but i am feeling an internal alchemy.
