Thick tongue coating has always been a problem for me. This nft has helped my tongue coating get thinner and cleaner.

Hey hauru, thick coating on the tongue, is it white color? If so I have the exact problem. Chinese herb doctor said I have too much dampness in the body due to vegan diet and not enough ‘hot nature’ food consumption.

Those white coating is more obvious during fasting. Initially I thought it was candida…

I have almost every health field that I could get my hands on. Overall they made me feel much better and I love each and every one of them.

Still, some issues remained. For example, I have never been able to breathe normally, for as long as I can remember. This caused troubled sleeping, which then caused anxiety. For years.

Well, it’s gone now. For long enough to believe it could be permanent.
