Whats everyones opinions on LandLords?

I genuinely wanting to read everyones opinions, so plesae do comment.
Do you agree with rent control? Does everyone have the right to a house? Should people be forced to rent out their unrented properties.
Do you hate Landlords? Is your view subjective?
Tbh if it get me good income. I won’t mind.
Some people are not financially able to buy a home so rent is the option. Personally. If I own rent business. I wont be much taking their money either. I don’t mind them giving time to pay the rent. As long as they pay eventually.
I been broke all my life so I know how it feels to be financially broke. It’s not a problem for me either if you used to the situation. So in my understanding. If they can’t pay the rent yet. I will let them stay there until they can pay it. When they can or whatever they can.
I think it is good. No one has a right to anything, and no one should be forced to anything.
Rent if you want and need to, buy if you want and can do.
I also think its good. Its great idea for passive income and a save investment
True. But keep in mind, it needs maintenance and could get expropriated by governments.
