Thank you for your reply and for describing the thought process behind making the field.

Could you give me any advice on how to make the situation better - besides cutting down on listening time?

(As I mentioned above I’ve listened to it quite a few times at different periods over the last year. My best estimate is that it might have helped me lose 1 kg - maximum). I’m fairly young, within a healthy weight range and do not ingest large amounts of toxins (only some alcohol now and then), and have no diseases that I know of.

Thank you for this extra description on What Fat and how it works.

With this information I am going to start taking activated charcoal to be sure to flush out those toxins.

Im still having the bloat problem but will not give up.
My sister has lipodemia so thankfully Im a little familiar with bodies that do not drain well.

I was thinking along similar lines.
I had used it only ~30mins, but perhaps even that’s too much.
I’ll give this another shot, listening only 8-mins (2 loops) daily, and let you guys know if it does anything.

Sometimes I forget that these fields do real things that your body responds to in reality, like the release of fat and toxins etc, I forgot that it’s an actual process and may take a certain amount of time. With that, I tend to become impatient and play fields in loops, looking for faster results which of course overwhelms my body. This question isn’t specifically for you, but anyone who may have some pointers on how to use this field most efficiently. So say, one listen in the beginning of the week, how long could you expect the detox and removal of toxin process to take? Let’s say you also use the lymphatic fields daily. How long would you say it would take an average body with little to no health issues to properly remove everything the field removes, and when could you restart the process by listening to what fat again? I’m asking because I’d like to consistently use this with the proper assisting fields. Thanks.

The body stores toxins in fat cells. This is one of the primary purposes of fat and why people have an increase in body fat. Their body is “doing something” to deal with the toxic load of that person. It is an inbuilt function of the body to increase bodyfat when the person has a heavy toxic burden.

Body fat is not just about food intake and the amount of food a person consumes. Actually it has little to do with that.

So the experience you are having is from an over-burdened toxic load. Your body can not cope with the toxins that are being released from the destroyed fat cells.

Whether that be chemical, heavy metal, xenoestrogens (fake estrogens) etc. So you might be better to reduce the toxic burden on your body first.

Also if you liver and kidneys are not functioning properly again you won’t be able to deal with the toxins that are stored in the fat cells.

Do you think it would make sense to use one of the detoxing fields? Of course, not at the same time as What Fat but maybe a month previous to it.

You could use

  • advanced detox, the different detox fields
  • stem cells to liver, kidneys, thyroid to get some regeneration
  • liver, kidney, thyroid, endocrine fields
  • plasma beach/plasma
  • metabolism fields

It’s the same reason when people do detox protocols and get really sick, and have longer implications - they are dumping large amounts of toxins into the body.
The body can not handle it, because the reason the body is “full” of toxins in the first place is it was not functioning “successfully” in the first place.

If you were me; how much time would you spend on the organ related fields before starting detox related ones?

Hello, I hope I don’t derail this thread, just want you to know that fat loss is tricky, and it is understandable that paid fields or free ones don’t work for you. I also have tried many free and also some paid ones with little success until I finally stumbled on the one that worked… Fat Burning Genetic Advantage 3x per day, now I can lose 0.5kg per week on average with almost no effort. I am going to check my biomarkers before I reach final conclusion.

I think you can experiment with free ones and see which one works. Also it helps that I have read through dozens of research articles and hundred of pages regarding just this field. Another thing, overeating doesn’t help unless it is just 1 meal, but my appetite becomes much smaller now so that also helped.

I removed Kidney and adrenal healing since there was overlap with kidney & bladder specialist. I am using the below stack with lower reps (due to lack of time). I’ve only used it a couple of days and my weight has suddenly dropped almost 1 kg. Just to be clear, I don’t have “What fat?” . This stack has helped clear out general blockages in my system and the weight is finally dropping off. This could be water weight or fat, but I’ve been on a plateau for a while, and I’m just happy that I’m back on track. :slight_smile: Thanks again!

I think 13kg in 3 months is easily achievable with the other more natural fat burn fields too.
I burned 10kg in 1 month before.
That’s probably why I had higher expectations from this field.

I remember at the time that the weight loss started getting slower with time; i’ve slowed down the listening time also, it seemed logical. ​
I never wanted an abrupt change, the body would suffer the toll and it would probably come back afterwards.
I was happy with the change at the time, it made a difference in daily life.

There are a lot of factors that could have an influence on weight loss, the age is one of them, the older you are the more difficult it is to lose weight

Hi guys, I’d like to ask something.

I read through the thread and saw fat to stem cells audio being mentioned and how it can conflict with what fat so it needs to be spaced out.

Does this instruction extend to smart stem cells as well? Is it better to play smart stem cells in the morning, then what fat in the evening?
