I recommend you install an ad blocker into your browser.
Most importantly for the reason to not feed your Subconscious Mind with the negative and limiting stuff from those ads. And also to save your time.

There’s also getting YouTube Premium. Gets rid of the ads and the pesky auto-pause feature that you can’t turn off otherwise. I managed to get in on a 3 month trial for it, and the price is decent.
BTW, I don’t use a browser, use either the mobile app or the app on my TV, so an ad-blocker doesn’t work for me.
