I know this is a weird question. But what if sapien was famous? Would people target him? Would they threaten him to make more fields? Would the world be a better place? What would world governments do when they find out about morphic fields?
He is famous. More famous than you know.
They already do target him. 
World governments don’t do anything anyways.
If you mean the “powers behind the scenes?”
They have their own version of fields based on alien tech and are hesitant to try something new anyways.
