What Is The Subconscious And The Ego [Advanced Explanation In Conjunction With Fields]

I heard many people excusing their parents with lines like:

  • “yeah, yeah, ok they abused me, so what do you want me to do know? hate them all my life? they didn’t know better back then.”

But it’s not about purposefully and actively hating your parents, that won’t solve the problem. It’s about expressing those old suppressed anger feelings (and other feelings) that they caused you to feel when you were little and they also forced you to suppress. And those feelings should be towards them.

Completly agree with that, understanding doesnt mean ignoring and act like nothing happened

@akkar My mom was asking me: “so what, you’re gonna keep finding blame on me and finding new wounds”?

She doesn’t understand that my biggest pleasure in life is not to find out that she (and my dad) abused me, while I believed that they were my biggest allies in life.

I am literally doing so I can have A LIFE! otherwise I’m just stuck with perpetuating their own mistakes done to me.

That’s the point indeed

Anyway influences are much much bigger than parents only, but they have a major impact of course…
In Jeru book above he goes back to the conception of the new born, so yeah very deep scars obviously

I plan to create frequencies to help heal transgenerational trauma and frequencies for “shadow integration”. I already created and tested a few, they’re just not launched as official products.

I must add though that in my experience all the process of recociliation and finally integration of these parts (feeling more whole) does not necesessary have to be conscious … it doesn need to be

Realizing ones true nature, even for a brief moment, can show to your subconscious parts that there is nothing to worry about, nothing to blame, the core result they were searching for is already here

It has happened to me multiple time that some not so functional part of me suddenly disappeared after having some insight in meditation for example (probably subconscious limits field works like that)

BUT, as I think you were pointing out, most of the time the risk particularly in spiritual circles is of developing a spiritual ego that simply repress all the childhood parts

That not real spirituality thought, its only conceptual spirituality lol

Yeah, sometimes you go through such an intense and stimulating experience or insight, that some of your subconscious parts get impressed/shocked and they change accordingly. But that’s quite rare.

You can even change your subconscious through super awareness. By being aware in very small details of dysfunctional patterns, emotions and personal needs. But that awareness needs to be very wide, awake and precise. They say “find the truth and the truth will liberate you”. That’s true, but only if you nail the full truth in detail and in a very precise way! And that realization of the truth needs to go deep at the core.

And that realization has to be constantly there 24/7 and not only conceptually lol

The tendency of supressing and convincing one self that everything is integrated is a high risk indeed

@FROMNOW You can keep your beliefs if you consider that you’re getting good results in your life with them. As long as your beliefs work for you practically and they make you truly happy, there is no need to quit them or to fight me.

My beliefs serve me until they will stop serving me, and then I will change my beliefs

But until that moment comes, I stick with the beliefs that I gathered from my experiences. Those are not actually beliefs, those are like scientific observations: I create a cause and I get effects and I observe those effects. That is not a belief, that is an observation of an experience. That’s what I use.

So I stick with what works for me. What you are saying “create what you want in the present moment” worked for me approximately 3 years ago. I actually wrote a big article in romanian back then that was supporting what you’re saying.

But now, after 3 years of new experiences and understandings, that understanding of “create what you want in the present moment” (and that’s all you have to do, nothing else) does not serve me anymore.

I am not against the present moment, but I came to the realization that there are deep stuff in the subconscious that I am not aware of and that stuff controls my life because it works completely under my awareness.

If I wouldn’t have any childhood wound and abuse from my parents or society (and those wounds are buried deep down into the subconscious) indeed all I would have to do would be to just be present in the now and create a new reality without going back into my past (my subconscious) and integrating some parts from there into my present life. But everybody has childhood wounds, it is impossible not to have as long as you live on earth. That’s the stage of evolution that humanity is in.

So apart from creating new stuff in the present moment, I also take care of my subconscious, otherwise, the subconscious will level down all your present moment achievements after a while. Because your subconscious is comprised of parts of you that do not want to join you in the present moment because you abandoned them and they are hurt by everyone and they have unmet needs.

But again, this is the experiential understanding that I came to realize. I’m not saying that you should quit your beliefs. I am only saying that I only use what truly serves me in my current point of evolution. After a while, I will have to drop some understanding that I am using now and use new ones that serve me even better for my new level of expansion.

And you should stick with what works for you in your current stage of evolution. There is no need for conflict. Wise people constantly change and adjust they beliefs/understandings and observations according to new stages of evolution.

I am pretty sure I will quit, adjust or expand most of my current beliefs/understanding after a few months and years. I always strive for more truth and more expansion.

But don’t expect that you will understand my posts on this forum, because we are in different dimensions of evolution right now, so expect that you won’t agree with pretty much everything I say. So keep that in mind next time you wanna leave me a comment

So, let’s part ways from here  Unless you wanna read my posts in order to be open to understand my point of view and my experience.

If you want to peacefully agree to disagree, then please don’t follow my posts anymore and don’t leave comments to my posts anymore, because we live in different dimensions.

Fair-play?

Actually you dont even need to create anything to be free… lol

Freedom is your true nature itself

But it happens that through various circumstatcies true nature is apparently vailed by subconscious and conscious activity, that ultimatly need to be integrated

A skillful way I think is what minea is talking about, not going on a war agains your subconscious personalities, first your subconscious is very very strong and second some part of you would lose in any case (its you agains you lol)

But again your freedom is always there, beeing yourself, even if 99% of the time one does not realize it (at least a lot of people)

@anon85665382 i can relate with you quite a bit here. Sometimes it takes for you to encounter a normal person to find out how messed up you really are. And it can be quite hard to actually accept the amount of delusions and dysfuntions within one self. It’s easier to dismiss and enable toxic behaviours than it is to address and fix them.

But by taking notice one will begin to realize that which has been apparent all along.
