Utter Relaxation and Muscle Massage (on loop…makes it difficult to wake up, but easy to stay asleep if you wake up many times).
I have other stuff in the stack, just to choose something different each night. But I’m so sleepy I just leave Utter Relaxation until I wake up xD
But I have the star infusions, Sapient Wellness tracks, and longer tracks for that matter. Some “exotic” or experimental ones too for looping.
I totally understimated the power of The Dreamtime for sleeping though. Pretty sure Dream didn’t want us to use it that way, but I’m always off with it (that means, in just a few mins of being in bed).
I also start the playlist over (instead of looping utter relaxation) if I wake up too awake to fall asleep quickly (or even with anxiety and a fast heartbeat). And again I’m out before The Dreamtime is over.
