What’s a “minimum effective dose” field routine that still moves your life forward?

I’m curious how people here approach a minimum effective dose routine with fields.

Not the biggest stack possible, but the smallest routine that still creates noticeable progress.

Questions:

  • What is the fewest number of fields you’ve used while still getting real results?
  • Did keeping it minimal improve consistency, grounding, or results?
  • How long did you stay with the same core routine before changing it?
  • What made you realize you were using too much rather than too little?

I think a lot of us experiment with adding more, but I’d love to hear from people who got better results by simplifying.

Especially interested in examples like:

  • 1 to 3 core fields only
  • one field for nervous system support
  • one field for life direction
  • one field for a specific goal

Would love to hear both beginner and advanced perspectives.

Hi Sonder,

I recommend learning how to muscle test (applied kinesiology). You can find out which fields are beneficial for you and how long you should listen for.

Takes away the guesswork.
